Town & Country had the lowest current price by quite a bit! In addition, the man who answered the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew immediately pricing, appointment times, delivery policy etc. I found this to not be true of some other companies. For example, upon calling some of the others the person answering the telephone did not have current prices or know their companies policy on minimum delivery amount etc. They had to have someone call me back. Weird and very annoying. Who has time for that. So I appreciated Town & Country's quick and friendly response. I just received my delivery yesterday. The delivery person was quick and left my bill and a small gift of a nice mug and magnet and company info at the door. Very nice touch! Will use this company again in the future I am sure.

They tell me since I own my tank to go try somewhere else. Panicked, I start calling around. It's the coldest in a long time around here, and no one is picking up. I leave messages as I get ready for the wedding. Eric from Gastec calls back and after a few forms they tell me they'll be out as soon as possible. Two days later, worrying I may of messed up waiting so long they came out and filled the tank! $10 hazardous charge and lower price from my other supplier. I will definitely be using them again!!! I use a remote gauge and it's pretty accurate, and I have no issue doing it this way. This gives them an idea how much fuel we're burning and allows them to get me on the delivery schedule. With any snow or ice storm, I clear the driveway, our sidewalk and I remember to clear a path to the tank. This last storm (1/25/2026) was brutal, a lot of sleet and freezing rain. The driver showed up as scheduled on Feb 3rd and was thrilled to see a clean spot on the street for him to park the truck, with a clear path to the tank. And hats off to the delivery guys, they're awesome!

Economy Propane called our neighbor 2 days later said they were not coming because there was snow on the street. There is snow on every street in the city. The Federal authorities have issued an emergency order allowing fuel to be delivered on snowy or icy roads. Economy Propane said they didn't care even though our street is pool table flat. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DEPEND ON PROPANE.

To be clear, I had been reasonably happy with the propane fuel delivery part of their services, I just could not recommend the heating services they offer. However, upon receiving a poor review, one might then expect the supplier to reach out and try to make sure the relationship was still intact. That never happened. In fact, my wife and I received a "Dear John" letter (signed by the office receptionist, not the owner with whom I had been communicating) saying that because of a negative review, they were severing the relationship!
