I needed cash and to my surprise Bank of the West does not have any nearby branches. I used 1 of their Atms in the airport but there is a really low limit on the amount I can withdraw. Fith Third Bank was awesome enough to help me take out two seperate cash advances and take the time to add me to their system and process the transactions. This bank literally saved my butt. They helped make a trip from California to Ohio not be a complete waste of an entire day and money!! Thanks so much for all your help!

Go go in too early on a Monday and expect them them to have change or be able to break large bills....they dont get their money until later in the day. Yes, withdrawing from your other bank is allowed as long as you maintain an account with them. The place was never busy now crowded, which I prefer. The staff seemed very helpful, polite and attentive to the costumer's needs. Yes it's not crowded, but for the time I was in the bank I observed that there was a continuous and consistent stream of costumers coming in. Then when you close the checking account, they will tell you it's better to leave the unused savings account open so you stay in their system.
