Had duplicate transactions post to my account and it was my responsibility to try to get it back! So I went on the rabbit run with a gas station attendant and I know everyone is going to e shocked to find out they could not help me! So I have to call the 800 number again now they are willing to dispute the charge. By now I have made 7 calls and been on and off the phone for over 2 hours. Never have bounced a check with them, but was told on my first call that they would return an Item if I could not get this straightened out. What???? And did you know that if your husband tries to deposit $1300 cash they suspect embezzling and hold funds? What? Since when is that so much money that it is embezzling? Thought that number was $10,000. So done! Can't wait to close my account and move on.

You can't get it together enough to train your people where calls go? And your employees in underwriting are so rude as to blame a potential customer? There are too many banks begging for money, I happily took my business to another bank and closed my HELOC in 2.5 weeks. Train your people better, Park National.

Went to pay my mechanic for repairs. My payment declined, not knowing there was a cap on charges. I called the number on the bank of my card to see if they could increase the limit so I could pay my mechanic. The lady put me on hold a couple of times and ultimately came back and said she couldn't help me. I asked for a manager and was told they couldn't help me either. So I became very upset, I get in my car, it's pouring rain and traffic is heavy, head to the Reading branch, get there and the teller makes a call, and less than a minute, I have my increase to pay my mechanic. She said "an account specialist" would be notified to return my call. It took 9 days and 3 more phone calls and threats to close my accounts to receive a return call. Now, scheduled transfers from the old app keep occurring with no way to stop or change them. 1. How long before an account specialist will return my call? 2. Somebody up there trying to tell me something?

I've send correspondence admitting a cancelled order and they want me to go back to a merchant I have closed my account with over fraudulent charges and STILL First Financial fraud department wants more documentation of the exact same thing AGAIN. I've been with them for about 15 years and I have to fight to get the fraud department to actually do their jobs about once a year the past 5 years or so. I don't know who they hired to run that department but they need to be fired. I've opened another account with a different bank and I'm a few days away from closing my account for good with them. I'm so over fighting for my money when it's documented and clear. I'm DONE with lazy people at a bank of all places.
