    My first flying experience since COVID began was pretty good. My bags weren't lost and came out quick. No delays. Though my flights were changed several times before I actually left. I was impressed they have mini clif bars as a snack item now and proudly brew Starbucks coffee onboard. The check in process was super fast and easy.

    After a horrible experience of a Delta manager not being able to understand the difference of visa, border entry paper work and lack of international travel this manager wanted to argue, was not capable of luggage math and with Delta status members and luggage wanted to charge rather then knowing how to handle the status members. Further discriminated on knowing myself from tv rather then focus on the luggage is not to be charged. I used my delta card and it's free regardless. This is the worst I've ever seen Delta in Omaha.. if managers are this uneducated on international travel and not knowing what documents, reports and discriminating towards their known travelers THIS IS ALARMING!!! Please get Delta in Omaha NE help immediately.

Point here is, ladies and Gents if you are taller then Chachi. I sincerely( NO JOKE) feel your pain. You MAY want to purchase the sports leg cuffs/socks. Runners are using. Leg Thrombosis( Clots) can happen to anyone at any age. Specially, if you are sitting/sleeping in a Houdini Box for an extended period of time. And, your blood is sitting there. Just ask your Dr. or Google it. Same concept as if a Frozen Yogurt Machine or Slushy stops Spinning. Here's another tip for you Air Warriors. You MAY want to Purchase Water at the Terminal. I've observed. Fingers going inside the "Comp Water Cups by the Attendants of the Bev Carts. To Dispense Water". No worries if Your seating in First C or upgraded. Of course, you will receive the 8oz of completely Sanitary Btld water. At no Charge. Hmmm, maybe they provide the smll btls. For a "Nominal" Fee. After all, it only your Health:-) Please, do take care of your elbows. Specially on the Isle Seats. And, if you have to assume the position of head between knees(HOPEFULLY, YOU'R UNDER 5 Ft TALL) in and Emergency. Welll... Let's HOPE FOR THE BEST. -Pardon the Typos,symbols,etc.Loyal to Delta for 10+ yrs.

They had great entertainment options inflight. Their snacks could be better, but ohh well, first world problems. I bring my own anyway. I know everyone's experience is different, but more people are apt to give a review based on a bad experience than a good one such as mine. Multiple airports, in and out of Dallas, connecting throughout the United States. American Airlines is a monopoly and they treat their customers like crap because they can. Simple economics. When you own that much of the market, you have no repercussions from a service perspective. My flight was canceled without an explanation or apology. They could say this was for safety, but it's for financial gain, likely because the flight was early in the morning. 12 hours later, I am still waiting. Deplorable that they're even called American Airlines. Thanks, American Airlines for completely ruining my day and not having any idea that it happened. You're completely out of touch with your customer base. Eventually, someone will innovate enough to put your company in trouble and you'll have to start paying attention to your people. In the meantime, maybe one of your executive team members should get on a plane and experience mediocrity firsthand. Shame on you all.

They took forever to offload my stroller and wouldn't let me board after disabled and military, when I had a stroller , car seat that needed to be strapped in the plane. It takes time to wrangle a toddler and put in the car seat, fold the stroller etc. I didn't want to delay anyone because I had my hands full with a carryon and children items. Delta and American Airlines were so understanding and helpful when you have children. Especially American Airlines. Will not travel with southwest again with children.

Construction is NO EXCUSE for dumb decisions and non maintanence…read more I was in the A terminal and the men's room stalls needed UNCLOGGING. 2 of 4 stalls were LOCKED from the inside and the open ones OVERFLOWING. This is the ONLY restroom after security. There was NO AIRPORT staff on this side of security. Airlines, concessions, and TSA but no one to notify about the issue. I eventually Googled the main line and called! You can be SMALL and GOOD. There are many good regional airports. Also, the airport FAILED to THINK about less than abled people. With the construction detour through the garage a person in a wheelchair must be pushed or walk a long distance! Yet construction crews are RIGHT IN FRONT of BOTH terminals for their CONVENIENCE. I had to sit my 85 year old mother on a bench in the parking garage. Return the rental car and then FIND a policeman who called the wheelchair assistance group to pick her up! NO information posted anywhere, NOTHING ONLINE. Their website was a JOKE! Their map for the airport does NOT SHOW SECURITY checkpoints! DO BETTER! THINK! WORK HARDER! This is the problem in a state where consideration for anything different is discouraged, ignored, or punished, they LACK LIFE EXPERIENCE and the CURIOSITY of thinking through ALL NEEDS. We have booked Vegas (twice), Cancun, Puerto Morelos (twice), Punta Cana (twice), Jamaica and Puerto Vallarta. Last time I called I worked with Shawn, and she was the best! I had a specific time for a vacation, a budget and higher expectations to satisfy a birthday trip. She checked all the boxes, all while having the upmost of patience with me while I whittled thru the possibilities. She is already looking for another trip for us for Christmas. We have referred friends to work with The Vacation Superstore and I forward the weekly emails to all my friends looking for a vacation. The service Shawn provides is top notch! Can't wait to see what she has instore next.

    Not the service I expected from a travel agency. I started booking with Vacation Superstore 6…read moremonths before our travel to Cancun at the end of May. I did not know that this agency does not book directly with the resort; they use a larger agency, Funjet Vacations, to book. In January, I called to ask how to access my reservation on the resort website so I could confirm my request for double beds and have our 4 rooms located close to each other. Barb was out of the office. John answered my phone call. He told me he would get back to me with the answer. Even after follow-up with him, he did not respond to my request. At 3:30 a.m. on the morning of travel we got an email notice that our flight out of Omaha was delayed 4 hours which meant we would not be able to make our connecting flight. I called the agency for help. The on-call agent told me that she called American Airline and was put on an 8-hour hold. She told me to go to the airport and work this out ourselves. There are 11 of us traveling. She did not help us look for other options. We looked online and could not find any flights for 11 people that day. I called American Airline and made travel arrangements myself. I was not on hold for 8 hours. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule flights for the next day. Barb told me that because we changed flights without their help, they would no longer help us with the airline booking.
