I scheduled my appointment at 16:13 for a 16:20 appointment today (a Sunday!), finished within two minutes. My doctor was brief but friendly, nonjudgmental and patient. The appointment was over before I knew it and I haven't received my emailed rec yet but I believe I will shortly. Absolutely recommend, will renew with them next year :) read more

This place is awesome! I got my rec renewed here and was able to add cultivation to it! Everything was quick and easy. They also hosted an amazing toy drive that I was able to attend after renewing my recommendation. I think it's great when businesses give back to the community and should be recognized for it. Thanks for the quick and easy service. read more

First time user and customer. Jennifer the receptionist was very nice, courteous and friendly and answered all my questions. My friend and I met the doctor in a relaxed manner and he also answered all our questions and gave recommendations to apps, websites and books for additional information. We got our pic Id and we are ready!!! P.s. There is ample parking and not a long wait. Great experience! read more

Hands down, for their best customer service. I was greeted with a smile and such a polite person. Loved the vibe instantly. Even enjoyed the snack machine. Pretty awesome distraction as your waiting to be seen. Even better it was fast and quick. As i went in Lin* offered assistance with questions or concerns I had . Made me feel more than welcome and cared for. She was kind enough to offer assistance the entire time I was there. The entire process took no more than 20 minutes. Loved it . This place a 5 star for truly caring for the patients. Thank You and please stay awesome !!! read more

I simply lost my recommendation and needed a new one. The doctor I saw before is no longer in business so someone let me know about this place. Since my doctor is closed altogether they told me that I have to get a new recommendation, which is fine - but it means I have to see the physician again. I came in at 11:45am on a Saturday- they open at 10, and was told that the doctor doesn't start seeing patients until noon. Very odd considering their hours of operation. Right now it is 12:30 and I still haven't been seen as the doctor is 'still not in'. The girl at the desk is nice but she's saying 'the doctor is 20 minutes away' Kind of ridiculous. I came here from a referral and based on the great Yelp reviews, and I'm extremely disappointed being that this should have been an in-and-out situation. Everyone else has such positive things to say but why isn't my experience (and the experience of the other 5-6 customers that have now come and gone) just as positive? I stuck around assuming my wait wouldn't be more that 20 minutes and myself and another customer are reaching an hour +. Who runs a business like this?? BTW, it's 12:58 and I'm still waiting. I'll keep you updated. read more

Had all of my questions answered and the staff are good at what they do! Minus 2 Stars for the posted hours vs their actual operating times. Came in @10:30am and was notified that the doc wouldn't be in until after 12pm. Came back @12:20pm and wasn't seen until 1:30pm which wouldn't be such a bad thing except it doesn't allow for a visit on even a moderately timed schedule. Is it too much to ask for a business to be fully operational from the start of their posted business hours....? read more

Very helpful and friendly! As a walk-in it was very fast and efficient. Came in at 12:30 on a Wednesday, only 2 person was in the waiting room and I was immediately given an iPad to fill out my information, I was then seen at 1:30 and had a consultation with the doctor for 15-20 minutes. He was very friendly and asked questions to better understand my needs. He suggested other methods and was gave me knowledge from his extensive experience. Lol. But no, no one stared at me or mad me feel uncomfortable. Everyone was trying to get one thing: licensed medical card. Had a few conversations with the front desk ladies. At first it thought they were going to be rude, ignorant girls. But they were really sweet when engaging in a convo. At one point the girl was giving me medical advice! Sweet people. Doctor bule? Not sure tall, dark, very professional doctor sat me down to discuss my problems such as what I listed on the 5 page paper work. Took about ten/15 minutes. Advised me on the best uses for marijuana on my mental state. I had no idea there was so much knowledge to learn for *weed* But atlas, I came to a great spot. Honestly I mistook this place for the one in studio city which was 40$ new patient. Ended up paying 60$ for the recommendation. Which wasn't a bother at all. Fast, simple, and efficient.

This used to be my go-to shop after work. I'd always pick up an ounce, consistently. But this was my last time trying with them. They checked my ID, handed it back, and then had me waiting in the lobby for about 10 minutes with no direction. I even tried opening the door, but nothing. No one told me what to do. I ended up just standing there confused until I saw someone else come in--and that's when I decided I was done.

Thank goodness for Organic Medirex. They solved all my problems and more! I learned about them from a girlfriend whom is a frequent customer. She kept raving over their product. "Trust me, trust me it will heal your pain for good", she said. I thought I would give it a try. On my way to the gym we stopped by due to the convince location. When I walked in I was greeted politely and helped. Talk about customer service being off the walls! Being from Texas, I have high expectations. I was impressed with their charm and hospitality. They carry the worlds leading and most trusted CBV brand! Their price is unbeatable (in comparison to other places) and reasonable. In my opinion you're getting more for what you pay for. My girlfriend was right. This place is the bomb.com! It's for everyday, every age, and everything! Don't ask me, go there yourself and try it! I wasn't disappointed, neither will you be.

Walked inside at 9:50pm & they took 5 minutes with a gentleman telling him he needed his ID, then…read morelet him in anyway . So 5 minutes of my time wasted to allow someone who shouldn't even have been allowed in, inside- which caused a bad experience for someone like myself who came in with my ID. The security never told me the entire system will close out at 10pm sharp. I walk in, wait in line & let them know I'd like 7G's for $35. After i take out my phone to pay Apple Pay, the front desk guy tells me i need my physical card . So i run to get my card in my card & they said it depends on if the security lets me back in. Then when i run to ask the security guard, he tells me the door will close on me at 10pm. It was 9:58pm . He suggests to use the ATM. As i use the ATM, it's giving me issues & it hits 10pm & they yell over to me it's too late. So i ask them even when im inside already? That makes no sense. Why would you let someone inside with 5 minutes & they can be in line at 9:59 & the system wouldn't let them purchase anything at 10pm ? Allowing that gentleman in after making me wait 5 minutes when he shouldn't have been allowed in, caused me to not have enough time to go back inside & get my ID. Now you lost a good customer & gained one for one night for a customer who will probably never be back cus they don't even have an ID . Completely stupid system & employees who clearly can't use communication to help their customers within the last 5-10 minutes of closing. Why even accept customers after 9:50 & NOT tell them the system will NOT allow them to purchase ANYTHING after 9:55 so there is no confusion? Never been at a store like this & will NOT be back based off this inconvenience alone . Disappointing second time back & will NOT be back.
