Lol. But no, no one stared at me or mad me feel uncomfortable. Everyone was trying to get one thing: licensed medical card. Had a few conversations with the front desk ladies. At first it thought they were going to be rude, ignorant girls. But they were really sweet when engaging in a convo. At one point the girl was giving me medical advice! Sweet people. Doctor bule? Not sure tall, dark, very professional doctor sat me down to discuss my problems such as what I listed on the 5 page paper work. Took about ten/15 minutes. Advised me on the best uses for marijuana on my mental state. I had no idea there was so much knowledge to learn for *weed* But atlas, I came to a great spot. Honestly I mistook this place for the one in studio city which was 40$ new patient. Ended up paying 60$ for the recommendation. Which wasn't a bother at all. Fast, simple, and efficient.

This place is fraudulent. I used this medical doctor for the first time last year to renew my MMIC…read moreprescription. Last year I had no issues. I received an emailed copy of my prescription within the hour and was mailed my hard copy with the most important piece of the prescription which is the physician attestation form needed to send in a package to the MMIC review board within d. This past October 1,2024 before my prescription expired the office manager Florence Cruz called and asked did I want to renew my prescription and if I did so that day I would receive a discounted price. I said great as long as she had the doctor approve the prescription at the beginning of December when my recommendation was actually expired. She said no problem. Fast forward December 12 I still had not received my recommendation with all the paperwork like last year. I proceeded to call every week asking for my hard copies to the point Florence started to screen my calls and I had to call from different numbers. Finally I was able to connect with Florence the first week in January and asked point blank "I want a refund." She said "we don't give refunds."I said "Well I've yet to receive my paperwork. You are just gonna rob me of my money and not give me my services rendered?" She said and I quote " I will send it certified mail and call you with a tracking number. But if you want your money back dispute the charges on your card" knowing full well I sent a Zelle to her name to pay for the recommendation. Which is unrecoverable. Fast forward until today the only thing I've received is the recommendation in the mail without the essential physician attestation form needed to complete the required paperwork. These people are criminals. Do not waste your money on these frauds. I'm in the process of reporting them to the medical board. I've made 2 yelp reviews in my life. One was 5 star to the best personal injury attorneys in LA BD&J and the bums at Best(Worst) Price Evaluations. So u know everything I just wrote is legit factual.

I wish I could give it 0 stars but it requires to leave 1 star. I had one of the worst experiences…read moreI've ever had at this clinic. The staff member handling my appointment was extremely rude and unprofessional from the beginning. I had already provided a urine sample, but because it wasn't acceptable, I was told I needed to provide another one. What made me even more uncomfortable was being told that this time he would have to observe me while I did it. Throughout the appointment, the employee was wearing earphones and listening to music while speaking to me, which came across as very disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of treating me with respect, he gave me an ultimatum: either stay in the office until I could provide another urine sample or be disqualified from my job opportunity. I arrived around 11:30 a.m. and was told that if I left before providing another sample, I would lose the position, and that I could stay there until they closed at 6:00 p.m. Expecting someone to remain at a clinic for over six hours waiting to urinate is unreasonable, especially when they have other responsibilities. I had another job I needed to get to and simply could not stay all day. Rather than trying to work with me or explain my options professionally, I felt pressured, intimidated, and treated without any compassion or respect. I hope management addresses the behavior of this employee and improves the professionalism and respect shown to future patients. No one should leave a medical office feeling as uncomfortable and disrespected as I did.
