The saving grace for Del's is that it's right on the boardwalk and it offers a pretty big menu and space for a sit-down dinner. On a boardwalk where most options seem to either be sweets or pizza, this is definitely a needed restaurant! Servers are friendly and are on top of service so that tables can get turned quickly. The food is just average though. I had a cheesesteak with provolone and onions which was OK but it was a little not skimpy on the meat and that really made the sandwich seem kind of dry with it tasting like it was just a lot of bread. I will say that the old bay fries were SO good though! Definitely get those. They had a great crispness to them and the seasoning was perfect. Compared to the other boardwalk options this is a good place for a quick, affordable meal and a menu with a lot of options.

This is a go to for dinner on the boards. Reasonably priced, and you leave full. Make it a combo, well worth it. Had a cheesesteak with provolone and hot peppers combo Son had a cheesesteak with white American Wife had the big mistake

Overview: right on the board it provides something different for lunch or dinner that you aren't getting anywhere else on the boardwalk. Boasting a deep menu of seafood along with burgers and known for there cheesesteaks. There is something for everyone and being on the boardwalk is a plus. Specials: cheesesteaks are what they are know for so if it's your first time I would check out the cheesesteaks Food: We have come here every year, more out of tradition at this point than can't miss food. Cheesesteaks and fries are our go to. They are very accommodating for how you like it so don't be afraid to ask for any condiments or hot peppers or whatever you like. Service & Staff: Staff has always been nice and food takes about average time. No complaints here. Overall Score: Overall I would give it a 2.8, now this may chance if I had their seafood. It's good but forgettable

one of my favorite spots in ocean city to sit down and eat at. most of the time i feel like i'm doing take out and eating it outside of the restaurant, but for some reason i enjoy eating inside here. food is tasty and you can't go wrong - you can get seafood, cheesesteaks, salad, and a handful of other things. there's neat decor on the walls to give a beach-type feeling. on top of that, the service is excellent!

Growing up in Pennsylvania, the New Jersey shore was a regular vacation spot. My father, originally a Philadelphia native and a huge cheesesteak fan would commonly disappear from family activities to sneak off to Del's Grill on the Ocean City, NJ boardwalk to grab a cheesesteak. I finally returned to Ocean City after not vacationing there for years and decided to stop at Del's for lunch. As a kid I always remember Del's having really good cheesesteaks, but my last time there I decided to try something different so I went for the soft shelled crab sandwich. The sandwich was really good; it was a deep fried soft shelled crab stuffed with crab meat and put on a kaiser roll. I added cocktail sauce to it. There is something that always makes food taste better at the shore. Del's is a staple stop when I go to Ocean City, NJ.

I had higher hopes for this joint. The environment was nice, cool, and clean. The staff was very friendly. The food was ok. Thats just it--it was ok. I ordered the cheesesteak and I thought it was decent--a bit dry. The rest of the family thought their meals were ok too. I would and will most likely come back.

We arrived just after opening and found seating very easily. Between 9 and 10:30 the inside started really filling up with folks, so if you're an early riser, stop in early. The staff was so friendly. We were seated in the back on the first floor at what appeared to be an old sewing machine table. The inside was clean and had a country vibe. Menu wise they have a ton of coffee options. Flavored lattes out the yin-yang including their Boardwalk latte series that has shore inspired flavors. I had the Cuban - Cuban roast, muddled sugar and steamed milk. It was flipping delicious!!! The breakfast menu had choices for all palates. My wife had an omelet, my mother a stack of pancakes with strawberries and our friends raved about the pumpkin patch French toast and veggie omelet. I had two over-easy eggs with rye toasted and pork roll. I know my choice was a safe pick, but I was happy with the comfort of the basics! Everyone devoured their food and left happy and full. The prices weren't terrible and the portions were large. I can't say a bad thing about our visit to Jon & Patty's. Thanks guys!!

It's literally part of the Pavilion at 8th and Atlantic, beach block. Hard to imagine a better location for foot traffic. There's a covered patio with AstroTurf that was perfect on the sunny, breezy Friday morning. Brenda's is billed as authentic Mexican cuisine and a neon sign out front reinforces "Breakfast." Therefore we settled on huevos rancheros and the breakfast tacos. Wow! again. Everything is cooked to order and was crazy fresh. I mean garden fresh. The onions were sweet and crunchy. The tomatoes were firm and juicy. The black beans were delicious. For both dishes the street taco sized tortillas were freshly grilled, crispy edges and delicate centers that didn't break despite being generously filled. We also got a side order of home fries that were kind of magical. No ads-ins, onions or pepper. No additional salt to be detected. Just small potatoes cut in halves and wedges, subtle, even seasoning throughout. Simple. Absolutely delicious. Our only regret was finding Brenda's on the last morning of our stay but we come down a couple times a summer and will absolutely put this on top rotation! Loved everything about our visit. Kudos to Brenda and her family.
