Doug, the owner, was excellent on the phone. He immediately sent me a reasonable quote and I signed up for the service. When I say this team was thorough, they were THOROUGH. They even had a manager come to the house and stop by and inspect the house. I saw her on her hands and knees move something that was under my cabinet to make sure the team got behind the stuff. WHAT?! I mean, come on. All evening I'm looking around and realizing the detail behind what they cleaned. They took the dog hair that get stuck to the bottom of the chairs in my kitchen. They cleaned the cracks in my shower drain! They dusted my light bulbs on my side tables. They do the tiny little things that you see in your house but ignore because you think "I am too busy to clean this." I keep getting excited realizing just how clean my house is. I eventually got three names from local real estate agents, but also found Rosas Enterprises on my own, listed with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I interviewed all 4 services and chose Rosas Enterprises because it was competitively priced, had been in business many years with a good BBB record, and was completely turn-key: three-person team, their own equipment, rags and products. Carlos - the gentleman who came to my house to do a walk-through estimate - was knowledgeable about the best way to tackle the various cleaning requirements I had, and he also understood the need to "stage my home" for the selling process. In addition to my cleaning estimate, he did a separate estimate for window cleaning, and called his office, right on the spot, to confirm his team's availability on the exact day/time that I wanted. On cleaning day, the team showed up 10 minutes early so they could get their equipment into the house and start work exactly on time. Their work ethic was fabulous. No chit-chat or meandering through the job; each team member (two women, one man) clearly had an assigned duty (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, etc), and the result was a terrifically efficient process. And they really cleaned! Not just wipe/shine. They used appropriate cleaning products to cut through oily grime and to disinfect bathrooms. Dirty rags went directly into plastic bags (not piled up on my floors) and mops were not leaving drips all over my floors. The team was also flexible in giving special focus to areas I felt needed extra attention or priority. In 7.5 hours (with a half hour lunch break on their own time), the team got everything done that Carlos and I had talked about in my original price quote. They worked right up to the final few minutes, and were out the door when they said they would be. How refreshing to have a service provider deliver excellent work in the time-frame promised.
