These photographers are awful and the rules they have to follow make it even worse. They don't…read morecheck the pics to see if they are level, so the baseboard in the back is always crooked. They don't take multiple shots of one pose either, so if it's a pose you wanted and anything is off that's it. They should be snapping away to get natural shots of young children smiling, but they don't want to waste their time waiting on you to look through the pics. They cut off hair, feet and other parts. How hard is it to stand back and get a full shot. They just have no experience and the only training they get is in upselling photo packages. I really hate that they force you to pick 2 backgrounds, so be prepared. This studio in particular is REALLY dirty. The backgrounds have stains, the baseboard has stains and once you view your photos at home you can tell. You can't tell from their monitor. The TV for kids doesn't work. Why can't they clean and get the tv to work so children can watch a movie while they wait for you to look through the photos. At least remove it and put a chair in its place. Only go here if you are desperate for some cheap shots. Don't believe their sales lines when they say oh this is soo adorable, that's precious, this is a good one. Most of the poses they have kids do suck. Your kid isn't even smiling and they will say it's a good one. Just tell them no. Trust your gut that the pics suck and just get the 1 or 2 you really want.

She captured so many genuine smiles and sweet moments and had so many little tricks up her sleeve to keep him engaged, comfortable, and happy throughout the session. She was incredibly patient with him and never made us feel rushed or stressed. Seeing the final photos, I was honestly amazed at how many beautiful moments she was able to capture. The photos themselves are absolutely beautiful and feel so natural, warm, and true to our family. What stood out to me even more was how kind and respectful she was when I mentioned that we've become much more private about sharing our son online and no longer post his face on social media. She was completely understanding about keeping our new photos private, and she even went back and removed older photos she had previously shared of him without me ever asking her to do so. That gesture genuinely meant so much to me and spoke volumes about the kind of person and professional she is. It's one thing to find a talented photographer, but it's another to find someone who is wonderful with your child, captures your family so beautifully, and makes you feel like your boundaries and wishes truly matter. We trust her with some of our most meaningful memories and are so grateful to have these photos to look back on. I cannot recommend her enough.
