Incredible Same-Day Pickup, Delivery & Assembly Review: We recently purchased Thomasville outdoor chairs from Costco in La Quinta around 2:00 PM. We called Delivery Solutions by Carlos, and within minutes they went to Costco, picked up the furniture, delivered it to our home, and had everything assembled by about 4:00 PM the same afternoon. Two hours from purchase to sitting in the chairs on our patio -- that's amazing service. This was actually the second time we've used them. Previously we bought two TVs and Carlos picked them up from the store, delivered them, and mounted them in our home the same day. My older flat screen died. Purchased a newer bigger one at Costco along with wall mount bracket. Delivery Solutions picked up the merchandise and delivered the very next day. Paid them nominal extra fee to take down the older flat screen and wall mount, haul away everything ( including new TV packaging) and install new tv on new wall mount. They programed the remote. Very clean ( made sure to cover floors/furniture) while drilling holes for new wall mount. Definitely recommend. read more

Carlos was contracted to wall mount 3 TVs in our new home. He was easy to contact and schedule, then showed up on time. He and Aaron got to work and had all 3 TVs on the walls in about an hour. I had purchased an HDMI cable for him to use which was too short, so Carlos sold me one that he had on his truck at a reasonable price. He took great care in ensuring that the TVs were exactly where we wanted them on the walls and when they left, offered to take away all of the boxes and packing materials for a big TV, mounting hardware and a sound bar. If he's as good at other things as he is at TV mounting, hire him without hesitation. read more

We had an exceptional delivery experience with Delivery Solutions by Carlos, who Costco referred us to for delivery of a television to our home in Palm Desert. As stated in other reviews, pre-delivery communication was seamless, pricing reasonable, and scheduling accommodating. The young men making the delivery were professional, extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We requested set-up in advance, which they easily accomplished, along with programming our new TV. They even took the time to give us an operational tutorial.
