I usually order online and go in and do a simple pickup. So today (5/20/25), I put my online order in at 9:30am and received a text and email confirmation. Showed up three hours later (12:20pm) to pick up my order. After driving 45 min out of my way, and waiting for three customers ahead of me. The man goes to retrieve my order and then comes back and tells me that 2/3 of my order was not available. I asked him why I was not contacted before going out of my way and wasting my gas and my time. They had three hours to do it. He took no ownership of the problem and simple said that whoever filled the order was at fault. He said that they should have contacted me. He offered no apology, and no solution to fix the problem. Just a shrug, as his tone, body language, and demeanor showed that he could absolutely care less about wasting my time and resources. I will (maybe) give this place one more chance to retain my business as a customer. But if anyone reading this knows of a better spot for 420 goods, please feel free to reach out to me and let me know.

We were also excited because of their advertised 80% off first-time patient deal and the "refer a friend, get an eighth" promotion. Unfortunately, from the start, the experience was inconsistent and unorganized. My boyfriend went in first with a buddy so they could both take advantage of the refer-a-friend deal. Somehow, they walked out with neither promotion honored. They were only offered 40% off instead of the advertised 80% for first-time patients, and to make matters worse, they never even received a receipt. Later that same day, I went in myself with a different friend who was referring me. I was actually able to redeem the 80% off first-time patient deal. My friend ultimately didn't even use the refer-a-friend free eighth because the options weren't appealing, and instead settled for the New Year's 40% off deal. What really stood out and not in a good way was the customer service. The budtender/cashier who helped us genuinely seemed like it was her first day on the job. Her demeanor and lack of focus strongly suggested she may have been under the influence, which unfortunately aligned with similar comments I later noticed in other reviews. Every question my friend asked was met with confusion and unclear explanations, often delivered in a way that was difficult to follow. I had to step in multiple times just to clarify what she was even trying to communicate. She appeared unfamiliar with the store's own promotions and policies. Whether this was due to lack of training or misinformation, it came across as unprofessional and misleading. Customer service is usually what sets dispensaries apart, and this was seriously lacking. For a shop that's considered one of the better options in the area, this experience was disappointing. Between inconsistent promotions, missing receipts, and poorly informed staff, it really makes you question what standard they're setting for their customers.

Token Farms sales associate sold me a stizzy battery and cartridge saying is was good and popular. Wasn't long till battery stopped, now the sales associates said "yeah stizzy is the worst product for returns". I think the next thing was the cartridge didn't work. Again "worst". Don't know what went next, but I was now in the Stizzy catch 22, had a new cartridge they wouldn't refund money for that battery just replace. So now I have another bad battery. Token Farms knows Stizzy is a poor product line I asked why they sold it. Manager Shay said she knew they were bad returned a lot but "we sell so many" (might be paraphrased) but you get the drift. Going in with another broken battery or defective cartridge for which I want a REFUND not a swap, get me off this Stizzy Train. They keep blaming Stizzy's rules. I'm not doing business with Stizzy I'm doing business with Token Farms. We'll see if they'll refund me. Otherwise ta ta and they can keep their product.
