I paid online and with in minutes they respond back. With in two hours I talked to the Doctor. It went great. The girl called the next day told me they were out of ink and will print my card that I paid extra for when they get the ink. The paper documents came with in a week. Now after a month no card no response from them when a call they tell me the owner have not got the ink yet. Dam it has been thirty days come on. I would not recommend them. They do not do what they say. I have emailed and called to talk to the owner and never called. read more

I made an appointment online and was set for that day. (They do take walk-ins, I just wanted to be prepared) I was given directions by friendly staff over the phone because I did not have gps or data on my phone. When I arrived I was greeted and given forms to sign. The facility was clean and not crowded. I was told all I needed was an I.D and any pervious medical history (I didn't have any med. history so I was evaluated) I was in and out in 15 minutes. It was a very quick process and not as expensive as I thought it would be. I paid $48 in cash (Cash Only) Great first experience. Will be back for renewal. read more

So I have always gotten my paperwork updated in Las Vegas this time I tried this place and I got what I needed. When you walk in it looks really big inside not that that matters but I've never seen these locations be anything but tiny. It's not in the preferred part of town I think the business would do better downtown but I don't hate the area but it was oildale. The girl that help me was nice the price was reasonable and I had to speak to a doctor through an iPad which I thought was strange but this whole culture is different altogether. Never know what to expect. For an extra 20 they can make you a card for your wallet which I chose this time not to get one I usually do. I think I paid $39. The only thing I don't like about going to these places is when you walk out your attacked by people who are trying to get you to go to their stores and as far as I know all of the stores are illegal in the city except for two of them. The legal stores are nowhere near this location so I won't be going into the illegal shops. I think the solicitors need to stop because it scares people away. But overall a decent experience. At least I don't need to go back for another year. read more

It would probably be helpful to describe the business in the context of my experience there as a first-time patient. Also, it should be noted that this place has an online appointment system, but based on my time there it doesn't seem like the business even acknowledges this system exists-- I get the feeling it's very much a first-come first-serve operation. Anyway. The clinic is a large multi-colored building that somewhat stands out against the surrounding businesses, but is not overpowering or flashy by any means. Upon entering you will find yourself in a large air-conditioned room with chairs lining the side walls and a check-in table at the back corner. At this table you will be greeted by a member of the staff who will give new patients a clipboard and paperwork. The paperwork is not professionally polished and looks like a Microsoft Word creation, more of a formality than anything really. You will be asked about medical history, drivers/ID number, followed by a battery of things to sign and initial. Thankfully I have my CA ID numbers memorized, because the person who greeted me actually took my ID to a back room and I did not get it back until after I turned in my paperwork. Just something to be aware of. When you are done filling things out, you return them to the greeter and you will be directed to a small back room that's located at the back of another back room. This is the doctor's room where he will ask you about medical history and your reason for seeking medical cannabis. Something to keep in mind-- the doctor's office is not exactly private. The 'door' is just a bed sheet, which is the only thing separating you from the other back room where the greeters work on their computers. After you speak with the doctor, you are told to head to the front and be treated further. This is when money will change hands, CASH ONLY. You will also be given your medical cannabis recommendation. For me the process took less than 30 mins, and before noon seems to be one of the best times to come. Overall this place functions exactly as it's supposed to, and given the nature of the business I can expect a little shadiness. But things are pretty sketch, even if well-run. And so I had to take a star off. The staff are all super nice and professional, despite the fact that this isn't really a place where employees wear name-tags and/or suits. read more

Went around 2:30 on a Monday. I waited about 20-30 minutes total. BRING CASH! This facility is cash only! Anyways, I had to present my ID then fill out some paperwork and wait. All-in-all a very easy and not too slow process. The receptionist lady was very friendly too. Many thanks to her and the office! read more

I set an appointment for 2:00 and I was out of there by 2:45. I was actually 15 minutes late and they weren't upset and didn't give me a hard time at all. the longest part was just me struggling to fill out the paperwork. once that was done, I waited about 5 minutes and got called back. the actual evaluation took less than a minute, short and straight to the point read more

I received a call from a office telling me to renew with them at there new location and not the original location. I still went to the original locations due to my gut feeling which was correct the original Bakersfield 420 evaluations is still open and running. The receptionist was awesome. Slow, rude, and don't honor advertised discounts. If you make an appointment online it says you get a discount, but they charge the normal advertised price. They say the beat competitors by $5 with an advertisement, but 2 years I brought in an advertisement for a $30 renewal and so I should have only been charged $25 right? Somehow when it was all said and done it came out to $45, with no additions like a card or anything, which was more than their own advertised price. Last year I brought in a coupon for a $25 renewal and they didn't want to honor it. The girl in the front was VERY, VERY rude and put me on the spot, loudly in front of other patients for about 15 minutes while she called the dispensary that gave me the coupon. She finally honored it, but not without a bit of drama. This place sucks, the employees are rude and so are the doctors, but there really aren't a lot of options. You'll get your card, but through means of dishonest business...did I mention how extremely rude the staff is? read more
