They talked me through all of the options we had, they comforted my son, ensured he was comfortable and fully numb before extracting the tooth. I was worried that my son would be fearful of the dentist after that but so far he's not. I even called them multiple times afterwards with questions and they answered me every single time without getting frustrated. Amazing office! Thank you guys for taking such good care of my kiddos.

Everything is colorful, fun, and welcoming, and they really put thought into making kids feel comfortable instead of nervous about going to the dentist. My 4-year-old son actually gets excited when I tell him we're going to the dentist . There are so many toys and things for him to play with in the waiting area, and even the waiting rooms are colorful and have TVs, so he's never sitting there bored. The place is clean and the staff has always been friendly and patient with my kids, and we've always felt well taken care of. It makes such a difference when your child actually enjoys going to the dentist instead of being scared of it.

The front office staff was kind and friendly from the get go and welcomed us into the office. It was my first time in, and when my son was brought back they gave me a tour and reviewed what would be taking place during his examination. I returned to the waiting room (very clean and comfortable) and waited for the duration of his checkup. When my son was finished they brought him up to the lobby- he was smiling from ear to ear, thrilled with his goody bag and headed straight to the game area. This part is very important! The doctor (Dr. Abby) took the time and sat with me, reviewed X-rays, and went in depth about the treatment my child would need- AWAY FROM MY CHILD. We have been to offices before where they blurt out what needs to happen and it's very scary for little listening ears. I appreciated this small detail so much. From that point, I waited a few minutes until the treatment plan was ready, it was reviewed with me at the counter (again my child was busy playing games so he wasn't involved in the adult stuff) and then the next appointment was made. From start to finish I cannot express how wonderful of an office, and experience this was. A dental office can be a scary place for a kid- but at Sturz & Abby they were made to feel comfortable and safe. I will be returning for all dental needs.
