After looking through the windows of my house for about 3 weeks I decided I wanted new windows. I called several companies. The last one (there were 4) to show up was Maris. The salesman walked the perimeter of my house like all the rest. The salesman spoke outside like all the rest. The salesman arrived on time like all the rest. What made him different is that instead of selling me some windows he sold me a gutter. He mentioned that my right gutter looked bad...asked if I got water in my basement at all and then told me that it might be wiser to get new gutters than windows. I was sad and didn't have the money to get a ton of windows and knew that I probably didn't have the money for 2 gutters. Not a problem. They worked with me. Sadly, the salesperson whose name escapes me was super nice and understanding. When the installers came to do the work they were very fast and tidy. They were super polite. Maris EVEN sent people to fix a spot that leaked on part of the other gutter. NICE company. Why the 4 out of 5 then? Well, I wasn't called as to when the installers were coming. It would have been nice to know that rather than them just show up. Would I recommend and use Maris again? ABSOLUTELY!!!

I had the worst experience in my life with this company…read more Product sat on my drive for months before anything happened. While removing old deck they gouged up my siding- then denied doing until I showed them pictures. Workers were inexperienced and had to redo many many things and left in middle of the days to work on other projects. The lack of communication and outright lies was the worst. Neighbor caught one worker wizzing in my backyard. There more but I'm getting work up enough.
