The place was clean and well lit with cute signs, paintings, tables and bar seating. Trinidadian music was playing at in the background and it was a vibe, the volume and tempo were just right. I ordered a basil lime juice an it was delicious. I might be obsessed with basil and I could tell quality ingredients were used to make the juice. I just need a gallon of it to take home. THE FOOD...The food was sooooo good! The freshness, the textures, the flavors.... it was magical. I ordered doubles and just thought "if all vegan food was this good, I'd be down 3 dress sizes" I also got the soft, flakey roti with stew chicken. There are two types of roti but I forget the names. It was so flavorful, comforting, and made with care. The chicken was tender and the soft, flakey roti just soaked up all the sauces. I will be back to try more items on the menu because I am pleased and so grateful for the quality of this food.

Last night at the Hard Rock, there were about 24 trucks and numerous people suggested that we stop at Gastrotruck... and boy are we glad that we did. 6 out of 8 of the members of our party, had THE BURGER and the delicious fries on the side. The fries are crisped to perfection and seasoned with sea salt! My special someone ordered THE BURGER-- it is huge by the way! Like seriously! Sooo wanting to try more deliciousness from this moving gastrophenomenon, I had the crispy fish taco with kimchee and miso aioli and it was wonderful! They are absolutely how a great burger should taste. They have lots of different kinds of shakes in flavors like salted caramel and birthday cake. I'm not a milk shake person at all, but I love their nutella shake. I would agree with the other reviewers as far as speed, they do take a little longer, but that is just because they make it fresh, and there almost always seems to be a long line. I worked as the bookkeeper at Stuart Corinthian Yacht Club for just under a year. During that time, there were significant leadership changes, including three different Commodores and four Treasurers within roughly 11 months. My direct supervisor was the Treasurer. I was terminated abruptly by the then-Commodore, after he overrode the Treasurer. I was given no prior warning, had no disciplinary actions or write-ups, and was not provided earned vacation pay. I was also excluded from the Christmas bonus. Prior to this, I had been asked to remain in my position despite earlier leadership turnover, and I did so in good faith, fully committed to the club's success. I believe my termination stemmed from reporting verbal harassment by a board member to a prior Commodore. After that report, my work environment changed noticeably. The Treasure recognized the hostility and approved a remote work relationship. Membership turnover was extremely high during my tenure, with multiple members leaving within a short period. In addition, the club was reportedly cited by the state twice in under three months, including one incident that resulted in a temporary shutdown (public record). This is a closed club, so prospective members or employees may not see these issues firsthand. Based on my experience as an employee, I would strongly caution anyone considering working here or considering membership to carefully evaluate the leadership culture and internal dynamics.

Dealing with the county can be a hassle but Mariyln helped me obtain all the necessary permits. Delivery and set up was on time without problems. The trailers had both a men and women's side with three stalls on, each side. IT was clean, air conditioned and even had piped in music. The generator that ran the trailer was so quiet you did not know that it was there. IT was a great addition to our reception and the guests loved it. Great service, great detail to all the little details. Wedding can be such a hassle but this rental was hassle free.
