From the beginning stages of planning to cost he was absolutely amazing to work with. He was able to create an amazing cohesive menu staying within my tight budget for 50 people. My guests raved about the food over and over. His staff was perfect and made my amazing day that much better. Our menu was risotto croquettes and mini beef wellington for apps. Tortellini salad. Espresso crusted sirloin and mole braised chicken. Our sides were coconut jasmine rice (YUMMM), horseradish and dill purple potatoes, roasted root veggies, and bacon butternut hash. Seriously everything was amazing but the best were the apps, rice, and beef/chicken! He was a pleasure to work with and I would love to use him when we go down to visit or for our anniversary dinner. He was also very willing to help me with vendors and was able to recommend a great baker for our cake. This was a big help because I was not from the area and trying to plan from over 1k miles away. He worked closely with the baker and was able to deliver the cake without having to pay and arm and a leg to get it there. The cake was fantastic! Thank you Tony!

My wife and I did nearly all of the wedding planning ourselves, so our plans were constantly changing. We greatly appreciate how flexible Tony was in accommodating our changing plans and ideas. Tony arrived early to our reception venue and was very well prepared. He set up everything he needed quickly and served our guests very well. Some of the dishes were finished off at the venue kitchen to keep the dish as fresh as possible. The effort Tony puts into every dish is incredible. You can really see and taste how far he goes to create great dishes. Everyone at our reception was telling us how delicious the food was and how great the presentation was. I recommend Tony's Catering to anyone that loves delicious food and needs excellent service for their event.

I celebrated my birthday this year with an intimate private dining experience, and it was nothing…read moreshort of unforgettable. From the moment the evening began, every detail felt thoughtfully curated--elegant, cozy, and effortlessly refined. The menu itself set the tone, starting with a beautifully poached pear paired with thyme walnut goat cheese brie and a rich port reduction. It was the perfect balance of sweet and savory, and honestly, I could have stopped there and still been impressed. The heirloom zucchini salad that followed was incredibly fresh and vibrant, with grilled zucchini, burrata, heirloom tomato, and a bright cilantro lime crema that tied everything together. Each bite felt like summer on a plate. Then came the Parisian gnocchi--soft, pillowy, and indulgent--served with pistachio cream, orange segments, and delicate pomegranate arils. It was both comforting and elevated, with just the right amount of citrus to keep it light. For the main course, the filet mignon medallions and pan-seared scallops were perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The celery root purée and pomegranate reduction added depth, while the touch of green apple brought a subtle freshness that made the dish truly stand out. And finally... dessert. An authentic tiramisu with raspberry and chocolate that was the perfect ending--rich, balanced, and not overly sweet. Beyond the food, what made the night so special was the atmosphere. It felt personal, warm, and celebratory in the best way--like the entire experience had been designed just for me. If you're looking for a way to make a birthday (or any occasion) feel truly special, this is it. Every course told a story, and I'll be thinking about this meal for a long time.

We had a total of 80 show up, some which were young kids and WE RAN OUT of food! As the host, I was mortified and embarrassed. I texted her at the time and she implied it was my fault for not using them to serve. We had small plates and I watched everyone get their plate as I was standing by if anyone needed anything. There were not even 92 churros that were part of the dessert. It was also to include some Mexican style cookies, but instead she brought some type of store bought dessert rolls that no one ate. I never heard from her again in any attempt to make it right.

I am currently pending a small claims suit against them for ruining my wedding and basically taking all my money for nothing. after paying nearly $10k to this company, I was left with endless stressful moments and ruined parts of my wedding from the planning portion down to the food. I paid $1800 for "wedding planning" with them and was left to do everything myself and the day of my wedding had a "planner" who was so rude and unprofessional one of my guests actually had words with her for the dirty looks she was giving me (the bride) and my husband. she did no guest coordination so my guests were all over the place not knowing where to go and she had NO COMMUNICATION WITH ME- so I was sitting in a room calling my guests to see when I should walk down the aisle. i paid extra for corsages and boutonnieres for family that they were unable to wear because the flowers were dead and the pieces were falling apart. the food was served cold, RAW CHICKEN, and tasted terribly. when serving my guests- she refused to give them larger portions yet at the end of the night the food trays were full of waters food. the dessert was FROM PUBLIX. $6 cupcakes and $7 brownies, keep in mind i spent $4k on "catering". the tables were left full of dirty plates and food all night long. they did not even bring trash bags to the venue so the trash cans were full and overflowing with garbage the entire night. the venue personnel themselves were absolutely shocked by the lack of professionalism and had never seen an event staff perform so terribly. at the end of the night this company broke my contract with the venue and stayed over an hour extra cleaning up- which I was then charged for, an extra $1k but the venue felt SO bad for me that they only made it $500. there are many many more things but for the sake of not leaving a novel of a review i'll leave it at this. please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
