Saw this place had great reviews on Google and I love love love Viet food so I wanted to give this place a try. It's located in the same plaza as Seafood City inside Market Mix Mall. Tons of parking. Not sure what they plan on doing with that building cause it seems unfinished on the inside. Anyways, the restaurant itself is pretty spacious with lots of seating. My food came out pretty fast too. I always start with spring rolls. So good every time. Whenever I get viet food, I like to interchange between combo pho and bun bo hue but I was feeling adventurous today so I got a different soup. I ordered the crab & shrimp tapioca noodle soup. Just what I needed!!! The broth is thicker than pho broth. The noodles resembled udon noodles just slightly thicker and chewier. Great place for some Vietnamese food. There's a ton of parking since it's next door to the Seafood City grocery store. The inside space is clean and quite large with plenty of seating. They have really good com tam here! The pork was delicious and they gave plenty of nuoc mam (seasoned fish sauce). I was so full afterwards. It's in an unassuming location right next to Seafood City. They share a parking lot so there's plenty of parking. Service was pretty quick. Bathroom has a nice speaker system but could have been a little cleaner. We had the shrimp spring rolls and they were so fresh and light The shrimp with crunchy vegetables were excellent . Go to spot for some delicious pho right in the seafood city plaza. Came here and ordered grilled beef spring rolls, pho, and beef banh mi. The pho was very flavorful and for the size, the price was good. The banh mi was made with a buttery soft baguette that was good as well. They have plenty of items in thier menu. And the food is also good and taste better. Delicious PHO is located inside a Filipino plaza, it's not crowded, and has plenty of parking. While I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, it's got better pho than anything near downtown Chicago. Uptown is still better if I'm going to make a trek. The flavor was good but the soup wasn't as hot as I wished it were, and the short rib was a bit small. The noodles were a little raw in the beginning when they first bought out the bowl but they softened up perfectly in the minute or with that hot broth. It may look dark from the outside due to vacant storefronts, but once you step in, you will spot the bright, clean, spacious pho restaurant on the left. The pho is truly delicious, with beefy flavor, great umami, and assertive notes of cinnamon. I recommend (P8) pho with sliced beef, melt in your mouth tendon, and soft homemade meatballs. The generous bowl of noodle soup is accompanied with all the herbs and vegetables expected (bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime, sliced jalapeños). While the soup is perfect as is, there are plenty of condiments on the table for you to create your own version of perfection. If your appetite is large, go ahead and order the egg rolls. These thin, crispy egg rolls are full of pork and carrots. Very nice flavor. Service here can be a little slow and easy paced.
