We wish it was spicier but otherwise this dish was tasty and full of fragrant spices. Egg & Chive Pancakes (4/5) was packed with filling and the pancake had a really crispy texture on the outside but soft on the inside. It had glass noodles inside as well. The menu is small compared to larger restaurants in Markham, but for the location and clientele, it is perfect for those wanting a taste of authentic HK dim sum and first timers to try something new. Dual sided with English and Chinese menu. Also, to add to the authentic experience, the staff also speak Chinese. That may not amount to much, but that made it more wholesome for me. Price is on par with other dim sum prices these days. They also have the same selection of food in the freezers available for you to buy to eat at home.
