I usually take pics of everything I eat but when my food came to the table it looked so good I just started eating . I ordered a beef tostada and a ceviche tostada, they were both crisp, flavorful and filling. My husband ordered tacos and he enjoyed every last bite. My sis had a lengua torta and that too was delicious, I was able to get a couple of bites in before it was all gone. The salsa that was recommended (best on birria) went great on everything we had, it did have a bit of a kick to it but nothing too hot to handle. We all agreed this food reminded us of trips to Mexico, fresh and authentic. Prices are reasonable and the staff was very friendly. If you're looking for something fancy this is not it, but if you want super yummy authentic grub I highly recommend this place.

It was a Sunday afternoon and several spots were closed - either for Covid or the Sabbath probably. But we found Andaluz Family Mexican Restaurant and were greeted by really friendly waitresses who got us seated, helped us find something we each liked on the big, diverse menu. Before too long, the food came out and was amazing. Fresh, hot, tasty flavors of authentic Mexican cuisine. It reminded me of delicious meals I've enjoyed while teaching at various universities in Monterey, San Luis Potosí and Tijuana where the students take me to one of their favorite local spots. I had beef birria tacos and my wife had a tostada with chicken. Both were really fresh and delicious. These were just two items off of the big menu that looked quite good. We plan to come back and try some other dishes next time we're in the area. Check it out!

The woman who took my order was the one who cooked my meal and you can tell she took pride and joy in her cooking. I ordered three tacos and asked what she recommended. Savory meat cooked to perfection. My favorites were the carne asada and the birria. A man came to check up on me and asked if I needed anything. Very nice. Absolutely loved the food here.
