I was referred here for cosmetic work from my orthodontist. I went for a consultation and left almost immediately after meeting the doctor there. The receptionist is incredibly friendly and the dental assistant was very patient and understanding but the doctor was very 'pushy' is how I'd put it. I know I only needed 2 veneers but she refused to do only 2 and said I'd need to do 4 instead. I was hesitant and explained why I only wanted 2 but the she said "well I don't think we're the right office for you." Then she got up and left. Horrible manners and just trying to take your money for their own benefit. I know what I need and ended up getting it someplace else for better price and care. If you're set on coming here, I'd be precarious to their advice and maybe get a second opinion elsewhere. read more

No words can express how amazing Dr. Hassan Alshehabi and staff were handling my emergency root canal. We recently moved to WI and had not established a new dentist in the area. I started having issues with one of my molars that escalated rather quickly. I was in serious pain! After several calls and rejections (because I was not an established patient) I ended up at a National Chain dentist promising relief. They took a look, handed me a referral letter, and told me to call around for an endodontist. None of which had any appointments (not an established patient) and were booking out several weeks! In tears with all of the rejections, no assistance, and in serious pain with my tooth with it's own heartbeat. I was ready to drive back to my dentist in OH to get relief. Then, my lovely husband came across Delicate Smiles with an internet search. I was able to get an appointment the next day! Dr. Hassan Alshehabi was very kind and gentle. He took the time to explain every detail of why I was in so much pain, what procedures were required to relieve the pain and made sure I understood the risks involved (potentially extracting the tooth). He performed a partial root canal on day one, followed with antibiotics, and full root canal the next week. Everyone in the office was so nice and made sure I was comfortable. Since the emergency root canal, I have had my teeth cleaned and working on finishing a crown for an implant I had prior to moving to WI. I highly recommend Delicate Smiles! They were all very professional ,from front desk to the dental technician and of course the Dentis. The are very accommodating and patient. very friendly staff, the clinic is very clean and feels like you're in a hotel. The machines and all the equipment are new. I came to this dentist on a Groupon that was a great value. Dr Lim saw me after the assistant/technician. Very satisfied with the service. I got a full set of xrays, check up, cleaning, the works. The person who did most of the work was a 5 star staff member named Abraham. I think this dental office is the best in Chino, CA. I would go her again for my next cleaning. The office/receptionists staff may need you to communicate with them proactively and politely bit it doesn't cost us anything to be polite. If you use a Groupon mention when you make your appointment and when you check in. Show it on paper or your phone. They need to see it to avoid misunderstandings. read more

Unfortunately, I had to pay 3 times as much to fix their crappy work. Yea, stay away. The staff here is very friendly and personable. I don't tend to enjoy visits to the dentist but having an engaging staff is a perk. My first visit wasn't that great to be honest as it was supposed to be a cleaning. They only did x-rays and I waited in the chair for an hour only to be told that they couldn't see me as there was a walk-in emergency. Normally I would be totally okay to be seen on another day but to wait an hour just to be told that was a burnt out. They apologize as they could see I was upset but the next visit was pleasant and I even have to go back again for a crown since my old one cracked. All my visits went smooth and they made sure I was comfortable and checked if I was okay throughout my entire vists. My son came here as well and he absolutely hates any doctor/dentist visit but I was very surprised on how well he has done with the cleaning and the hygienist was so patient with him with his many MANY questions. 4 stars~ read more

I just want to say this place is amazing! I was very hesitant to go there because I had a really bad experience with a dentist a couple of months ago I chipped my tooth and went to get it fixed and the Denist drilled my front tooth shorter than the rest of them and I had my wedding coming up so I had to get it fixed..I decided to give this place a shot. That was the BEST THING that I could've done. I ended up getting 4 crowns on my front teeth. they look amazing!!! so much better than I could have ever imagined and now I can smile with confidence in my wedding pictures. While the treatment with Dr Marie was wonderful, dealing with the overpayment to the anesthesiologist and incorrect claim submittal has been a nightmare to say the least. The front office staff has moved at a glacial pace to get this taken care of. Lourdes is rude, dismissive and impatient in explaining what has gone wrong that has led me to overpay close to $500. It's extremely frustrating. Having to deal with constantly calling my insurance and then Lourdes has been such a headache. Long over due review for Dr Marie and team, my daughter was always fearful of the dentist, to the point where one of her teeth was falling apart. Our other dentist mentioned that the only option was get a anesthesiologist to come in, put her under and remove her teeth (which was going to cost me about 3-4k easily). So I called the other day to get general information and the gal who answered the phone didn't give me her name until I had to ask which I feel is unprofessional. When I asked she "Gloria" gave me attitude. Then I asked her what time they closed and she said 6:00 and as I'm ready to hang up she changes her answer to 5:00. So what is it?? 5:00?? 6:00? That's a big difference in time especially when I'm coming from work in Pasadena. Extremely rude receptionist-witnessed her yelling at a patient when questioned about her insurance coverage being denied. I talked to the woman after she left and turns out they never actually submitted the claim to the insurance company because she called to verify. If the receptionist lies, what else is being lied about? I'll never use Delicate Smiles and I'll warm any potential client about their fraudulent business practices. I love taking my children here. had my kids go through anesthesia with Dr. Marie as well. I was told that anesthesia is never covered because the provider is not under any insurance. Lourdes was very clear in explaining and helping through the whole process. The staff has always been super friendly and very personable, that's always a bonus. It's nice chatting with them while I wait in the lobby. The dentist is always so sweet! Let me start off by saying that I have EXTREME dental anxiety! So bad that I need a Xanax before a cleaning. When I went in for my initial visit Dr. Allyson was understanding and explained everything in very basic terms for me. I had to get a crown and a couple of fillings replaced due to my jaw clenching. It was the easiest and least stressful experience ever. Dr. Allyson know how to anesthetize you so she only has to inject in a few spots for max effect. The office staff is amazing and super friendly. They don't charge you our the nose for services and will help you to make the most of your insurance. I go in Friday and I can't wait. I'm so thankful to have found a dentist who understands Dental Anxiety! I can't recommend Dr. Allyson enough if you have dental anxiety!!! read more

This place is amazing. There isn't a day that you look forward to going to the dentist, but this place just did. You walk through the door and are greeted with smiles, and people that care about your comfort. Everything is clean and the newest technology. Fast x-rays, comfortable exam chairs and exam rooms. Every room has it's own TV to take your mind off what's about to happen. But there wasn't anything to be worried about, because with having the newest equipment, the exam and cleaning is comfortable and fast. I was even approved for the invisible braces, and molds of my mouth were taken on the first visit. I'm told that withing a few weeks, I'll need to come back and start the braces process. Was greeted upon walking in. While waiting for my daughter's appt. I noticed candy pellets on the counter (I'm a nursing instructor) I mentioned to one of the office gals that the tiny candies within reach of small children was a choking hazard. She assured my they don't take pediatric patients........yet there is a preschool/toddler table and chair and puzzles within feet of the candy which I pointed out and that patient's come with children in tow. Didn't matter to her. Mentioned it to the other counter personnel and got the same exact response. Didn't care, except now they had attitude. The choking hazard remained in place. Perhaps they will care when a young child chokes and dies in their lobby and the dentist is sued. My daughter said the filling by the dentist and teeth cleaning were both gently done. The issue here is the "free" metal filling offered by the insurance company is not one they do, per office personnel. Office personnel told me they only do "composite" fillings which cost me $65. I don't get a choice on which one I want. I usually never pay for fillings but I will have to if I continue to use this dentist. My daughter's exam indicated she needed a filling and they were able to squeeze her in today. That was a plus. Dentistry service gets a thumbs up. I love this office! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Lim is so nice! I appreciate his advice as I want to get braces but know theres much work to be done first and his suggestion was to get the consult first so that we don't work on teeth that would end up coming out. I went to the dentist with a bad toothache, they fit me in on the schedule which was amazing cause I was in a lot of pain. The Dentist was so gentle with me. He gave me antibiotics. My name is Jack Curley, and my experience with Delicate Smiles was fantastic. My mouth reconstruction was so severe that other Dentists didn't not want to take the case. I had been to Cunning Dental, and Loma Linda University Dental. They could do the work but for way more cost. My work took over 6 months to complete. I am very happy with my smile, it looks very natural. I had 11 root canals during this work and I never felt a thing. The staff is young friendly and fun. This may sound crazy but I looked forward to my dental appointments. It wasn't like going to the dentist.
