This is a realtively new cafe bar that has opened up on Chapel street just near the old Salford magistartes courts on Bexley Square. They have just started opening until 10pm every Wed-Friday.
Met here with my book group to discuss this months book. Its only small inside but has a good mix of sofas low and hight tables.
They do a good range of sandwiches, hot and cold snacks vegetarian and vegan dishes. I opted for the cajun chicken, served with skinny fries and salad £7.50 and a large glass of red wine £ 4.95. Cajun chicken was a full chicken breast freshly cooked, nicely spiced and more importantly not dry! Was served on a seeded bread roll. Generous portion of food. The rest of the table opted for the cakes which also looked good too.
They have live music on a Wednesday and open mic nights. I would recommend supporting this local business if you are over this area of town as the people who run it are lovely and we had a great night -nothing was too much trouble for the staff- well done guys! read more
