The first time they sent one of the wrong appetizers, we figured they must have been quite busy so we decided not to complain. The second time they forgot one of the four main meals we had ordered. Again, because we liked the food we looked the other way and ordered again. The third time they gave us someone else's food all together. When we contacted them there was no apology. The person on the phone had the gaul to say we should have known the numbers on the menu so we could have identified the food before opening it. The solution was for the delivery person to come back and swap the meal that had been delivered with our own. In the meantime during COVID, I can't imagine swapping meals like that is a good idea whatsoever. Sad to say but three times was enough for us, we will not return as customers.
