He was at our house literally within hours. He was very thoughtful and moved the heavy limb out of the middle of the street, while providing us with a written estimate , which was a great value. He fit us into his schedule and a well executed pruning was completed that SAME day! This is our second time using Alex and his crew . They are licensed , bonded and insured and he and his crew are great people to work with. We highly recommend them.

In the middle of project he will ask for more money or threaten to quit and leave your project a mess and money lost. 4 month project took 9 months. Workers not showing up for days and weeks at a time. Electrical work was bad, breakers constantly tripping. Nicked our gas line and home did not have any gas (gave us excuses that it wasn't them until we had to prove otherwise). Broken tile installed. Leaking roof on cabana. Grass dying after 30 days due to their inability to set up watering system properly. Have had to hire lawyers to get advice on getting this done. Have had to hire another electrician to fix and check work. Have also had to hire landscape expert (because they are not) to get info on our dying new lawn because Victor, the owner constantly lies and gives excuses. I hope no one has to go through what we have endured for almost 10 months. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
