Rene was very good about providing an estimate and then following up with an on-site quote. Although the quote after the on-site visit was more, it was justified because the photos weren't enough to show the extent of the work to be done. The workers arrived shortly after the appointed time and followed the instructions I gave them. They worked quickly and had the job finished within four hours, including a good job of cleaning up. I am happy with the job they did and will most likely use them again next year. read more

Rene (owner) showed up at agreed upon time for the estimate for yard clean up service and ongoing maintenance. Rene took several pictures of areas of particular importance to me. His workers also showed up on day/time the work was schedule to be performed. Job was done well and clean. I did not have to remind them to do anything; they seemed very well prepared. They even paid attention to little details like closing the gates rolling up the water hoses, which many landcsper ignore in their rush to finish. Chatted briefly with the worker and they were very friendly. In retrospect, I feel bad that I didn't offer cold beverages as I was focused on another project inside the home, but won't forget next time I see them. Based on their work, I've decided to hire Rene's company for ongoing maintenance as well. read more

Delgado Landscape And Tree Service - Backyard after cleanup. - Landscaping Near Me

On initial hiring I was quoted a price for biweekly service. The service is inconsistent and this month it was a complete no show. He still expected payment and when I stated his staff did not show he said we came once and the price is $75. (Nobody came). When his staff did show up in the prior months they did the bare minimum and blew andeverything into my pool, anythinh left over was blown into the corner of my yard or dumped in my green bin. Weeds arent pulled he just charges $25 to spray the yard instead (and doesnt pull the weeds when they die). This business fits the typical stereotype for gardeners in our valley. Lazy, half assed and give an inch take a mile mentality. If i could give zero stars I would. read more

My experience with Rene and his team was definitely 5 star worthy. Rene was able to give me a quote directly over the phone after sending a picture of the tree I needed to be removed. His team was available to fit my schedule and worked quickly and efficiently. I would absolutely recommend his services for anyone looking for a similar service. read more

Not reliable, Rene doesn't return phone calls because his phone messaging is always to full to take a message. When Rene texts you that he'll call you back shortly after 8 hours I told him don't bother I'll hire someone else. read more

Contacted a few different providers here on Yelp on Thursday to deal with a very overgrown lemon tree. Rene got back to me right away and said he could come out Saturday late morning. I sent him a picture and he gave me a quote. It was also great that he has done work in our HOA complex before. He was done within an hour and even took some leaves my wife and I swept up. We are going to use him for our other projects since we were so happy with the work. Best part was he was in constant contact with us prior to coming and as you know that is hard to find. read more

This guy Rene is entirely not reliable. I contacted him to provide me with an estimate to provide service for my backyard every week. After inspection, he asked for 400$ for the initial work and 125$ monthly. We agreed on 400$ initial and 90$ after I negotiated with him the price. He decided and confirmed my service day as Friday. He sent his workers to do the initial work and received the money and never showed up again for the weekly service. When I texted him, he texted back that he couldn't find a day for me as he is so busy. I told him that it is very unprofessional to take the initial service fees that I only paid to start the service as I didn't have any significant thing at all, and both my backyard and front yard are good. That's my sincere experience, stay away!! read more

Rene did a great job trimming our trees and gave me free advice on how to maintain my other bushes and trees. This landscaping company is a local, family owned business. When you hire Rene it puts food on his table and you're not just another customer for some big company from the Inland Empire or LA. read more

Made an appt with Rene about getting an estimate to trim a tree. We gave him the phone number, address etc. and waited around for over 2 hours - no phone call, no showed. This is bad business especially on a Saturday when we could have made other plans. read more

Paid the owner same day service was done and then asked the owner of the company numerous times for a receipt or invoice, never received invoice or even a reply to my messages. read more

Had an appointment for them to come to my home for a quote. They never showed up or called to cancel. I called them twice and no one answered and I couldn't leave a message because it was full. read more

not reliable at all stay away from this guy. showed up one day and did nothing but trim a little bush in front used his blower and was gone in less than 20 minutes. does not show up the next time on the day he was supposed. sends someone to show up on another day where he jumps my fence takes a check that was not earned because the gate was locked he did no work. hope he knows he's fired as I never want to speak with him again.by the way all conversations were on text as he could not even show for the initial meeting with me. read more

This was an excellent company to deal with! Fast, efficient and reasonable. I will definitely use their tree services again and will recommend them to my friends and anyone looking for this service! read more

I highly received using Delgado Landscape And Tree Service for your tree trimming. I requested a quote via Yelp and was contacted by the owner Rene immediately. He was great to work with and had his crew out the next day to trim 2 large trees. They did an excellent job and the price was fair. read more

Highly recommend!! I was looking for someone to prune my lemon, grapefruit, and orange trees with care (and not just hack them with electric shears as previous company had done) and Delgado Tree Service did a fantastic job. I will definitely have Rene and his team come back each season now. These are the people you want working with your trees!! read more

We had Delgado's landscaping take down a very large tree today. Their work was outstanding. They certainly knew how to do it properly. The debri was taken away. They cleaned our yard up perfectly! I highly recommend them. Excellent! read more

Can't say enough about how prompt Rene was to respond, and the thorough explanation of the bid, with pictures.

Rene and his crew were great. He was very quick to get in touch with me and quickly came by my property and provided a quote same day. He was great to work with and was able to meet the budget to do trimming of over 30 palms on my property. His crew was very kind and did a great job properly trimming the palms the appropriate amount (very important) and completed it in one day despite the palms having heavy frond content having not been trimmed the year before. Thanks Rene! read more
