The croissant was perfectly laminated layer after layer, and the pistachio mixture that was in the center; it reminded me of a Fifth Avenue bar. Only negative thing...there was too much filling, I'm not a big filling gal. I would be doing a disservice if I didn't mention the wonderful service we received. The winery has been here for a while, the ride to the winery is through a small forest, which is exciting to us when winery visits start this way. We sampled two different ones. I had the reds and the wife had the whites. I like all of the wines that we sampled white and red. But the Rattlehead Red was my favorite and purchased a couple of those bottles to go. This was a good winery and quite spacious as well. I can see how this is a go to place with warmer weather v/s when we went into the code. Highly recommend giving this a chance.
