The woman on the phone assured us that they do. The first thing the hvac gentlemen said is "we don't really work on these oil heaters". When i said to him that we specifically asked the woman about it he told us "she's just dispatch". We were told that the soot needed to be cleaned(over $2700), they may need to remove the wall to do it which would cost more, and they don't replace the wall if they take it down. Then after all of that, they would be able to diagnose what is actually wrong with the heater, if its something more than a cleaning. If you live in Levittown, don't walk...run! They called an hvac company out of the phone book who didn't send a technician, but a slick salesman instead. This guy convinced them to sign a contract for a $17,000.00 new AC system. After they signed the contract he told them they'd have to wait three days for the system to arrive and be installed. They called me very upset and concerned. I cancelled the contract with the phone book guys and called Mike from Qualitech. Qualitec diagnosed the problem, went to a local supply house for a new fan motor and installed installed it all in the same day. LIFE SAVERS! First visit they ran all the wiring, lines and drain before drywall -- and didn't even take a deposit. Second time they installed both units and protected the indoor unit with plastic and cardboard so the painters wouldn't damage it. They took half the payment then. Final visit, after painting was done, they finished everything, started the system up, and I paid the rest. The same two guys -- Leo and Alex -- did all three visits. They were super professional and respectful. They always parked on the street instead of my driveway, wore shoe covers, and were very careful with my dog.
