The main user is Martz Trailways of course but it also has Greyhound and it used to have Susquehanna Trailways buses stop in on Friday and Sunday (not sure if they do any more). This stop is very busy in the mornings and evenings with commuters for New York City and for that purpose only it serves the community well.

When he got over to my son's date's house, he took her little brother and sister for a short ride while she finished getting ready. Once the kids left, he took them to a local park and took pictures for us. We brought them over 30 guests who spent a lot of money on rooms, the bars, golf, etc... plus we spent a lot of money to get married there and we were treated terribly. It seemed like we were not welcomed nor wanted there, and whenever we had problems (which was often and caused by their staff or terrible facilities) they acted like we were bothering them. They did not have the proper handicap accessible rooms they promised and their manager AJ was trying to make it seem like it was our fault saying things like "You should have booked the handicap rooms" (we did book the handicap rooms) and telling us "your mother's name isn't even on the reservation" because we booked under the father's name. The rooms are noisy, they put us in a room with a door connecting to another person's room and there's a gap in the door, so you can hear everything... it sounded like their TV was on in our room, every time their bed would move it would sound like it was coming from our own room. They have a tractor that mows the grass every morning just at 6:00 a.m. until about 7 am and it's extremely loud, even on the third floor. When we complained about the lack of privacy and reminded them, that they promised us a free night in the suite (for our wedding) which they later denied saying, they put us in a suite on the first floor but the windows lead to the porch, you could hear everything including the rocking chairs moving plus once it's 10:00 p.m. all of the 50-year-old golfers pretty much have a frat party on the porch screaming about sex, so the suite that they promised us was 'more private' was not private at all. They only have one washing machine in the whole building and it was broken. The breakfast at the river room is terrible and so is the customer service. They have an omelette station that is never attended, and when we asked if they could send someone to make omelettes it seemed like we were inconvienting them. I thought the place would be a little outdated because of its age, but it is heavily unmaintained and is falling apart. Despite having so many problems, every time I would go to the front desk they would act like they didn't know who I was even though I was the groom and I paid them a lot of money; they would tell me that I'm not even in their system and it would take them about 5 minutes to find me every single time. To get the handicap accessible rooms resolved I had to speak with their general manager Rob Howell who told me he would resolve it and he did, but he also told me he would take care of the suite issue and he did not. The next day I sent him an email to follow up and he never even got back to me about it. The only person that really helped me resolve anything was Tabitha Miller, who is the wedding coordinator, and it's not even her job to help me with all the other stuff she had to help me with because the rest of the staff just completely couldn't (or wouldn't) help with anything. The absolute worst part is: they knew about all the trouble we had with the room and all of the other problems... and on the last day I asked to be put in a cabin and the cabin was actually great. The reason it's the worst part is because on the first day they could have recommended the cabin which means they would have got paid more each day and I wouldn't have had to deal with 90% of the stress that we had to deal with. Overall the wedding itself was great but all the additional stress was so unnecessary and it really hindered our ability to enjoy the trip especially with all of the packing and unpacking for room changes we had to do. I am extremely disappointed, and that's an understatement. I wish they would get their things together because the location is so beautiful. At the end we never received a discount or even a real apology about all of the stress they caused.
