I never received my title and when I called to follow up I was told I would be sent a check to go to the DMV to get a replacement. Exactly what I want to do, visit the DMV. While inconvenient and concerned my title was lost somewhere with potential risk associated I was willing to look past it. I never received a check. I called again and was told we will send another check. I don't want a check I want my title! Due to COVID and losing a majority of my income I am unfortunately going to need to sell my vehicle to pay bills. I had a full cash offer for my vehicle and the sale has fallen through because I do not have my title. The DMV is closed and will remain closed for the foreseeable future. So I am stuck because of TItle loans incompetence and refusal to help.

I work hospice and am not one to really be in financial need however at this particular time I had lost a patient and my sons were graduating so needless to say the extra cash went a long way I was lowered in with a false sense of security as the representative I had initially dealt with was very reassuring she copied my reg and title than lost my original behind the safe I remember it very very specifically I was using the the desk all the way to the left as soon as you enter and I'm sure to this day it is still back there. She told me not to worry she gave me a copy. I was very pleased overall it was quick and easy . up until the end when the deed was done and my loan was paid off. Now that I'm attempting to get rid of the car they tell me that they never copied my reg as they don't need it. And that they had no copy of my title. I personally will NEVER use them again. As it left me with a bad taste in my mouth. However if you consider them as things happen in life. I'd STRONGLY recommend you copy ALL documents yourself and keep them with you. As you may be left with nothing. Very unfortunate. I do not wish to talk to customer service. I'm putting my experience out there for what it is. Take it for what it's worth.

Anyone dealing with finance should know that reporting account closed will cause a credit score drop. They did exactly that and caused a 32 point drop in my credit rating which happens to be Excellent in the 799 to 800 range. I can't get a hold of anyone to complain. The only response I get is their in a meeting and a message that that is how they report. Meaning closed account. My account with them is not closed !!! I sent email....so far no response. I tried to find another corporate number to call and they only number they give is the same on I called. They definitely do not want to be bothered with resolving the issue and I will never do business with them again. I have filed a dispute with Trans Union will see how that goes. This company charges a very big fee for giving you a loan. I later found out there is another place to deal with getting a loan that does not charge fee like this. Discover Card loan dept is awesome and they alone will have my business. I hope this information helps others avoid this issue.

They've got a big machine that you can access without anyone helping, get a receipt, and get cash. My pile was so large, a guy happily volunteered to come out and help me feed the machine. And then I tried to make a contribution to a memorial fund that the bank supposedly had for a deceased friend, but the account apparently wasn't created yet. Still, several people were very eager to help me figure it all out. Very friendly and helpful folks, that much I can attest to. And that counts for a lot when I was heading home from work, and needed a friendly face.
