That experience alone raised serious concerns about how a major claim would be handled. Unfortunately, I eventually found out. After a winter storm, I noticed a small water stain on my ceiling. Upon inspection, it was clear there was a significant moisture issue in the attic--every sheet of roof plywood was wet.
