If you ever need to use the service, good luck. Because you wont have any. These lawyers know that whatever work that they do for you through this service is so discounted that they try and coax you into doing whatever is the least amount of work for them. This is the Groupon of legal assistance, and it is terrible. Oh, and if you do sign up - do not ever expect to be able to cancel your account. (as Misty the ****'ed off phone hag states) YOU CAN NOT CANCEL ONLINE. YOU CAN NOT CANCEL BY EMAIL. YOU CAN NOT CANCEL ON ANY WEBSITE (including theirs). and, YOU CAN NOT CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT OVER THE PHONE, EITHER. THE ONLY WAY TO CANCEL - you must send them a hand written letter via snail mail - THAT THEY MUST ACKNOWLEDGE THEY RECEIVED (spoiler alert, they will not acknowledge that they received your letter and just keep billing your credit card, **even if you send the second one return receipt requested like I did**, hoping you don't catch wise for a few months) AND you never get any assurance that your credit card information is removed, or that any of your sensitive information is secure from that point going forward - that is, if they even remove you at all.
