But when I went to fall a claim for insurance that's when I realized that they only covered a certain percentage, of course this was not explained to me when I renewed my policy by my agent James I contacted the Allstate office and to he was no help to me whatsoever I did not get satisfaction so if you have Allstate Insurance please read your policy because they do not explain it to you in depth and I don't think anyone totally read all those pages! He went on to tell me it was a nationwide thing but when I renew with another company my roof was fully covered with the new quote and it was $1,000 cheaper!
