This has been one of the worst dealership experiences I've had…read more We were referred to this dealership by Kelley Blue Book when looking to sell our 2009 Nissan Murano. Viktoryah initially contacted me and scheduled the visit. I had mentioned to her that KBB asked me to take photos of the vehicle using their app, and I offered to do so and send them in advance--clearly showing the peeling paint, scratches, and other cosmetic imperfections. My intention was to be fully transparent so we could determine ahead of time whether the dealership would even be interested, potentially saving us an unnecessary trip. She told me that wouldn't be necessary since we'd be coming in person. When we arrived, Vince greeted us and said a manager would inspect the vehicle. We were told (by Viktoryah) that the process would take about 20 minutes, but it ended up taking nearly 50 minutes. Viktoryah had also mentioned that after the inspection, they would make a "competitive cash offer" that we could accept on the spot. At no point was it communicated that the vehicle could simply be deemed ineligible. After waiting almost an hour, the manager came over, did not introduce himself, and simply stated that the vehicle was "ineligible." That was it--no explanation, no discussion. Had they reviewed the photos I initially offered to send, this outcome could have been anticipated, saving us time and effort. Additionally, there was no attempt to explore alternatives, such as a trade-in option, in case we were interested in purchasing another vehicle. To be clear, my frustration is not about them declining to purchase the vehicle. It's about the lack of transparency and the time wasted due to poor communication and unclear expectations. As first-time sellers, we relied on the information provided and expected a more straightforward process. Based on my experience, the dealership failed to set proper expectations and did not demonstrate a customer-focused approach.

Sun east went way downhill after covid. All staff in the Nottingham district need fired. Piss poor…read morestaff and customer service. They even caused me to lose my job because they took so long on processing a loan for me and I never got a response back from them. I got loans from them in the past without any issues. All I had to do was show proof I was working. All new staff makes up their own rules and I have had issues with them illegally taking money from my accounts to pay for paper statements while using online banking. Without my consent! So definitely illegal and they are lucky I didn't sue them. Here recently I applied for a loan. A small loan so I could keep my job. $2,500 is all I needed so I could repair the van i just bought. Needs a transmission and the van is what keeps me with a job. Unfortunately sun east needed way more info than what was necessary. So much that they also wanted info from my other credit union where I cash my checks since sun east wants to give me a bunch of bs cashing my checks. Who cares if you have a personal check or personal company check? A damn check is a check and shouldn't be held for any amount of days as long as you have an open account! They refused to cash any of my checks without the hassle. So I went to my other credit union to cash my checks. They don't care what kind of check it is. As long as you have an account with them they're gonna cash your check and send you on your way with a smile on your face. Not sun east! After covid I've been having more issues than I've ever had with any bank or credit union. So yes, all staff needs fired. Especially in the loan department. Thanks to sun east for taking such a long time, longer than need be to get a small loan that caused me to lose my job. So when I get what I have left on my loan I plan to close all accounts and I'll NEVER return to sun east. Hoping soon they close their doors for good and nobody in that place has a job for back-up. My true rating is a 0, but yelp won't do that unless you give at least 1 star. Smfh, go to hell sun east

All in the same week, I received excellent service from the drive-thru teller at the Aston branch, from a teller at the Chichester branch, and from the manager of the Concordville branch. I don't know if SEFCU has a new training program, but something has changed and they should be praised for hiring and training such knowledgeable, kind staff. Thank you!
