No matter the issue or question I had, they would respond almost immediately, and work with me, even on a Sunday evening. The apartment I rented was finished the day before I moved in, so there was no issues on the cleanliness or state of the apartment. Sergio and Corinn were in touch with me throughout the move-in and I appreciated that immensely. They also kept in touch throughout the year to check in and keep us updated for the weather conditions and such. They truly put together a clean and welcoming apartment and it was clear to me they truly wanted to make those of us who rented from them welcome. Matt Biffen personally handled my brothers account and put him in investments that he was not qualified for by SEC standards. This investment provided Matt with a 7% commission at purchase and every quarter on reinvested dividends. Independent reviews of this investment referred to it as "toxic as nuclear waste. Overall his investments performed an average of 6% below the return of unmanaged 401k investments for the same period. If I could give Biffen a zero rating I would.
