Trusted the shop because I knew one of the managers…read more After my car got broken into in April I brought it to Preston auto body of Dover and it sat for about 3 months with no updates (not one call the entire time) left exposed to weather without any crash wrap on my drivers side window, and was poorly cared for. When I finally got it back, the work was rushed and sloppy--vinyl color mismatch, vinyl bubbles all over the roof, scratches from removing my rear louvers, dents on passenger rear panel, loose seat cover, and a slice through my windshield molding. Promises to fix issues are potentially taking longer than a month, or pushed off entirely because now calls are never being returned by the shop manager after I brought all these issues to light. The Subaru Dealership in Dover has terrible service practices. They charged me $90 to look at…read morefixing my rear-view mirror which had fallen off of mount. This is a camera screen that they told me would need to be replaced for $1,600. So I had to pay $90 to be told they could not help me. After all, the camera and screen all worked fine. It simply needed to be re-mounted. I took my car to a different Dealership and they were able to mount it at no charge. I have spoken to the Service Manager who never gets back to me. Thus I went to the Sales Manager. He told me he would get back to me next day. 3 weeks later I have not heard from him either. I would NOT recommend buying or servicing a car from this dealership. They are terrible.

I just recently moved to Cali and I'm not going to lie, since I love my car so much one of the first things I thought about was how much I was going to miss Price Acura! I think their prices are fairly good, service is good. I just don't like the fact that most services you have to drop your car off in the AM and pick it up in the afternoon. But depending on how much you're getting done they do give you a loaner. Also, I bought tires from them(Price Honda) and I guess the guy gave me performance or sports tires(whatever they're called), even though I told him I wanted something fancier but reliable and they wore down in less than a year so since this shouldn't have happened Price Acura gave me better, more reliable tires at a discounted prices and when they made this offer I had already put my stock tires back on and didn't plan to switch them out until summer and they still honored their offer months later.

The people were nice but how they handled me was completely frustrating. caution to potential customers that having an appointment for a specific vehicle at a specific time means nothing in a commissioned sales job and it was apparent here that the walk in should have been handed off. i was there for them to see me and not share my time with someone else.
