    Winner Subaru Services - Schedule at your own risk…read more I canceled my appointment with Winner Subaru and valet services, and I doubt that I will schedule any service with them in the future. Winner Subaru initially overbooked the valet service and requested that I change my service date from Wednesday to Thursday. However, the valet service did not arrive at the guaranteed time or at the rescheduled time on Thursday. Winner Subaru is unable to manage or provide the simple service of scheduling their valet service. Winner Subaru's lack of attention to service details is concerning. It is likely that Winner Subaru overbooked the technicians and mechanics as well, resulting in poor service and a lack of quality in the work performed by them. I contacted Winner Subaru to schedule the first service on my Subaru Forester. The service advisor was helpful and informed me that the valet service was complimentary on your first service visit with Winner Subaru. I decided to take advantage of the valet service and scheduled the appointment for Wednesday. On the Tuesday prior to my appointment, Winner Subaru contacted me and explained that they had overbooked the valet service and wanted to know if they could reschedule me to Thursday. I confirmed that the valet service would pick up my Subaru at 9:00 AM on Thursday, so I agreed to the change. On Thursday at 9:45 AM, I received a call from Winner Subaru informing me that they were experiencing difficulties with their valet service. However, the individual was on his way and would be at my home in 40 minutes. At 10:50 AM, I called to inform Winner Subaru that the valet service had not arrived at my home. I was informed that Winner Subaru had just contacted the individual and that he would be pulling into my driveway in a few minutes. At 10:56 AM, I called to cancel my appointment and valet service. The valet service had not arrived, and I was informed that the individual was 5 minutes away and would be pulling into the driveway in a minute.

I just recently moved to Cali and I'm not going to lie, since I love my car so much one of the first things I thought about was how much I was going to miss Price Acura! I think their prices are fairly good, service is good. I just don't like the fact that most services you have to drop your car off in the AM and pick it up in the afternoon. But depending on how much you're getting done they do give you a loaner. Also, I bought tires from them(Price Honda) and I guess the guy gave me performance or sports tires(whatever they're called), even though I told him I wanted something fancier but reliable and they wore down in less than a year so since this shouldn't have happened Price Acura gave me better, more reliable tires at a discounted prices and when they made this offer I had already put my stock tires back on and didn't plan to switch them out until summer and they still honored their offer months later.

    A follow-up to my last write-up, and more proof this is a 100% con-artist group. The vehicle in…read morequestion comes up multiple times at different prices and listed in different states (Wisconsin is a heavy hitter), but the car is always photographed in front of the same bungalow house. And other cars are listed multiple times at stupidly low prices. Stay away from anything listed on Trovit or americanlisted.com websites. As I mentioned the seller said he was out of the country and couldn't show me the vehicle, but to coordinate payment and delivery with Capital. If I didn't like it I had 7 days to return for refund. Yah right. Well I got a callback from "Michael" at Capital, of Indian Asian descent (not stereotyping, just a data point), and he asked how I would like to arrange payment. I told him I had questions first and oh by the way, how do you know which car I'm inquiring about? Note...in my v-mail I left I specifically did not mention the vehicle and only left my first name and number. He said because you left me a v-mail. I told him I didn't reference the car. His answer: your name is David so I assumed you are working with the seller David Wiebes. Obviously they are connected and communicating, one is the setup guy for the other. I asked where the car was located to see if he would say DE or WI. He said in DE. I confirmed the address but didn't tell him I knew it was a phony address. Told him I live nearby and would like to inspect the car. He said I'd have to arrange that with seller. When I said the seller is out of the country and that wasn't possible, he said he would contact the seller to get permission. I knew this would go nowhere after that, he knew it too and was trying to move on. I questioned his business, as it's advertised as a shipping company despite the company name. And there is no public internet address and doesn't come up on Google. The seller sends a direct link for you to access. He said he has a business license and could provide that. Of course I had to ask how I could get it so he gave me an email address. I also asked for a copy of the title, since if the seller is out of the country and Capital would be selling the vehicle as a proxy, Capital would have the title. Sure, no problem. Sent email to seller saying he would be contacted by Capital to approve the inspection. No replies from either party after 2 more attempts from me. Is that enough? Pass this info along and this isn't just for car purchases. Apartment rentals are set up this way too. If the price looks absurd for the pictures and story that's given, it can't be true.

    So far it has been interesting to work with them. Google earth only shows their location as a warehouse, no cars in a lot. If I end up with the car of my dreams at the price that they are advertising and it is as described by the fellow I talked with on the phone I will give six stars...
