No diagnostics done expecpt a visual. In 10 seconds, through the door panel pad we were able to diagnose it with an E01 code, which means ice maker issue, which could lead to other issues and also, irregular temperatures in the refrigerator. Called for service again. They said they would be out in the morning of the next day, only to get a text message from the A I robot telling me my appointment was canceled, and I was rescheduled on monday, which we were not going to be there. It was very hard to raise someone in the service department, and by the time they got back to you it was usually the end of the day. We ended up buying a new refrigerator because our whirlpool, that was only four years old, was demonstrating an issue that could lead to further costs. Totally not impressed with whirlpool, and will never buy again. When asked if the sales department could help us possibly on the price, they basically just said no, there was nothing they could do.They did not even offer to see if their manager would do something for us. Very disappointed in as we bought all of our appliances from them when we built our house. Very disappointed KLJ
