She took her time and I loved that the dip was thin. I hate when they make the dip nail thick. I love the feel of dip nail Becsuse its stronger than gel nails but not thick like acrylic/solar. If you have a quick question and hate making phone calls (like myself) you can send them a message on their Facebook page and they answered within 10-15 minutes. Which is great!

I was offered for pictures to be sent however because I felt like the rep wasn't understanding or was adamant about the results should've been that way I didn't pursue her sending more pictures and I also feel like if I would've come back in even though I wasn't offered, I would've have been given information to disqualify my concerns about the misplacement and to be hard sold again - to that point I am attaching pictures of my markup and two weeks after she did the Botox at lazer away Arlington and the last picture is the day after I had it redone by a doctor Clearly the pictures will show that it was misplaced when I got it there and the results were awful The last picture will show the results of when a doctor redid it and these are the results the very next day.

7+ Years of Loyalty Gone -- Credits Wiped Out Without Warning…read more I have been a loyal Hand & Stone member for over seven years, and I am beyond disappointed with how I was treated. Without any warning, my membership was cancelled, and with it I lost over 20 credits I had accumulated -- many of which were built up during the pandemic when services were limited or unavailable. At no point was I notified that my membership was about to be terminated, nor was I given the opportunity to use my credits, pause my account, or make any kind of arrangement. For seven years, my membership had never once been cancelled. To suddenly terminate it and wipe out credits that were already paid for feels unfair, unethical, and frankly unacceptable. Those credits represent real money -- not a courtesy, not a gift -- and losing them without notice is a slap in the face to long-term, loyal customers. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company. Loyalty clearly means nothing here. I would strongly caution anyone considering a membership to read the fine print carefully and not assume your unused credits are safe -- because mine weren't.

It was on the right side of my nose and Dr Arshanapalli after 3 layers removed it so margins were cancer free. He had to take cartilage from the back of my ear to make sure my nose would not collapse and cause breathing issues. Although more removal than I expected, the people from the nurses, doctors and staff were outstanding and I thank them for a positive outcome
