I have had 3 appointments with LaTonia an each time I leave satisfied! She's also never canceled on me last minute or left the salon while I'm under the dryer. There's no loud talking or solicitors. Hair stylist doesn't show up until 25 minutes AFTER my appointment started. No sorry, no "hey they'll be running late" from the front desk (because no one was there after 5 min the dude there just left without a word), nothing. Which was all I wanted. The bare minimum. I told the salon how anxious I was about my haircut and was not only let down but met with unprofessionalism. I'll go out of state for my hair. Basic manners=you get paid.

This is crazy, and what I was left with was nothing even remotely close to what I had asked for in the picture. Which once again, another factor of him refusing to give a yes or no. The only thing we were clear on in the end is that the cut and style were sub-par, and that I did NOT want to pay.
