Everything was explained to me professionally, as to what would could be done, and how long it would take. His men came out 8:00 AM, stripped out all the old stuff, replaced, rewired, added 8 foot ground stakes, and gave me an external generator hook up. Only took around 6 hours for power to come back, then an extra 2 hours cleaning up and testing and labeling each breaker. I can't comment on the price; I didn't get any other estimates, since a few of my neighbors recommended his work. And now I can also- everything works fine, installation clean, and no mess left behind. I was even given a home-made list of instructions on generator hookup procedure. I do have to comment on their sparse communication; phone messages go unanswered sometimes for a day, and a day-before-installation message never materialized. But they did a splendid job once they were here.
