We ordered at the drive thru & pulled into the front parking to eat. I ordered the carne asada fries. The fries were stone cold, the grated cheese didn't even melt. The guacamole was turning black. Last night I went with a friend of mine. Ordered online $34 worth of tacos. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes with only one car ahead of us. Get to the window, never acknowledged, then they brought the food to the window. Handed the food over and then the two inside decided to go sit in the dining room at a table and ignored us. We tried to get their attention as we didn't get our entire order and I didn't get my drink. After sitting there for 4 more minutes one of them came to the window. I told them I am missing a burrito and a drink. They said I didn't have a drink on my order, but yet it's on my receipt. They didn't want to give me my drink I paid for or the burrito. Drove home 10 minutes. Unpacked the food. Two tostadas, cold. Maybe 2 tablespoons of beans on the tostada shell on one side. The lettuce was soggy. We also had epic bean and cheese burritos. The beans tasted like they were made the previous morning. Some of the beans on my tostada were so hard that they just broke in pieces. The food was horrible. So horrible. I wish I could give this location less than one star. The two that were working seemed like they didn't want to be there, they just wanted to sit in the dining room and hang out. This review is not for the workers but for the managers Last night on April 12 after the boys from Oklahoma tour at OSU stadium we went to del taco. A line was expected due to the amount of people in the area, But what was not expected was the under staffing and unprepared employees for the rush of customers. we waited in line for over 45 minutes to just order but A young worker came out with a pen and paper and was writing down the orders claiming the store was out of chicken and limited staffing, only two employees for the long line of customers. we were understanding to the situations but the tour was running for 4 days straight and no preparation were made to assist the staff to accommodate the amount of people on any of the days because multiple people attended multiple nights and experienced the same problem each day. As the closing time was 2am yet the concert was ended at 11pm We ordered 4 combo meals with fries and a drink however we were not given fries in our bag. When we asked for our fries we were told they could not make fries. We had already paid and did not receive a refund or anything. Our food tasted good but the level of stress put on the employees is to be blamed on the upper management. I wish I could put a review just for management and separate for the line workers they deserve better treatment but managers need to be spoken to and adjustments made for this type of scenario. read more

My mom and I stopped by for lunch, I had a bean burrito, a cheese quesadilla, and fries, and mom had the crunchy tostada as well as the value nachos and two crunchy tacos. The tostada, and the nachos were completely stale, there was no crunch to the chips, and the green sauce they use has little to no flavor besides spice, and the spice isn't much. Mom got a water, and the water cup was ridiculously small, only a few drinks and that's if you get no ice. I got a soda and the soda was pretty good, and I enjoyed the bean burrito and cheese quesadilla, though the quesadilla could've used a little bit more cheese. They also used some form of that green sauce in the quesadilla, but it wasn't bad. The service wasn't slow per se, but we sat there for a good 10 minutes waiting on our order. The floors and tables could have also used a good wipe down and sweeping, we had a hard time finding a clean table. But the workers were incredibly friendly, and even tried to bring our food to us, but I met the cashier at the counter. She was very sweet. I enjoy Del Taco and will be back. read more

I came here with my family for a quick dinner, because they're always quick and cheap, but this is probably my last time coming. first we got pulled up and parked which isn't a big deal, but we waited 25 minutes. we had a few tacos, a few burritos, and some nachos. then we also had 2 strawberry lemonades which were made in the incorrect cup. normally you get a clear cup with an extra wide straw to drink up the strawberries. i couldn't do that because they didn't want to give me the correct cup.... also the Carbon taco we got was horrible. they didn't heat up the tortilla so it was just broken and not malleable at all. the insides of it were cold as well. not pictured is the beef and bean and cheese burrito. we got 2 and neither of them had beef, just full of beans and one mouthful of green sauce on the top. i had to spit it out. everything was cold. read more

First off, I went to the drive thru and the first thing the CSR said was that she did t recommend the beyond meat. I was disappointed because that's the main reason why I eat at Del Taco. I love the beyond meat however, I've have never eaten at the one in Stillwater. The burritos weren't the size for your buck and the fries were under cooked on the the carnae asada fries. Very disappointed and it makes me want to teach a class about customer service and satisfaction. Beyond 8 layer burrito tastes like lettuce and the carne asada big burrito taste like beans. It was wrong, like they were being short with the main key ingredients for the burrito. The churro's weren't dusted with cinnamon. And sugar but they were soaked-so much it would choke you taking a bite. Sorry y'all I forgot to take pictures of the churros and asada fries since we didn't eat those till getting home. read more

Arrived well before closing 12 cars in the drive-thru. Almost 30 minutes to get to order. She told me they were now closed after waiting for 30 minutes in a line you can'tget out of. I told her I was there to pick up an Uber eats order. She then said they were out of chicken for the night. I was like, what am I supposed to do? It's not like I can get out of the line. I went through the driv-thru in the evening around 11 pm and the service was slow, I was stuck in line for 20 minutes, one person ahead of me for 5 mins then I sat for 15 mins. Finally got the food, the tortillas had to be microwaved because I gave my granddaughter a cheese roll up and she couldn't even tear a piece off with her teeth so I took it in my hands and it was so hard to tear. I went the other night at around 9 pm and the service was super good and the girl was so nice! The food was also super good that night! But today I went around 1:30 and the girls in the window were incredibly rude, confrontational and unhelpful! They also misheard my order a lot, which normally would have been fine but when I would say, "well there was actually two of those" they would argue with me like I didn't know how many people I was feeding or how much food I needed, which was weird and made me super uncomfortable. The guacamole was also super brown this afternoon. Which shocked me because it's early enough in the day that it shouldn't be that brown and when I went the other night, the guacamole was perfect and it was way latter in the day. Overall I like the food here just wish those women in the window didn't make that experience so unpleasant. read more

The customer service here was spectacular. When I asked what the best seller was, they gave me plenty of options. Unfortunately I didn't get any of their suggestions and I went with a classic bean and cheese burrito. The beans tasted a little weird but not terrible. Definitely a good drunk food. Which is probably why I I finished this burrito since I had one or two drinks...
