In N Out always pleases everybody, and me too! We get there no prob and find parking easy. We all go in cause we'll dine inside. Order was taken super efficient as usual. I'm paying, so I just put in the order, rather than have each one of the crew do it separate. I pretty much know what they like by this point. The one other girl on the crew wants a double double lettuce wrapped, I think that's called "protein style". Basically it double doubles for the rest of the crew, animal style of course and extra grilled onions. Plus an order of fries for everybody. The cashier repeats the order and I confirm and pay with the credit card. Food is up in not too long and it takes two of us to carry it back to the table. It's all hot and tasty as usual. That's why I like In N Out, it's the same wherever you go!

I wanted to try the kangaroo so I didn't want any other junk on it (avocados, bacon, pulled pork, jalapeno poppers, etc. that all of the burgers on the menu have) that would pull away from the flavor of the meat. Service was excellent. The server offered different sauces that would compliment the burger so I chose a honey bbq which was just mild enough to add a little zing to the burger. As for the roo, it was OK. The burger certainly wasn't anything to write home about, not because of the roo but it wasn't a burger place I would see getting so many awards for. I also got sweet potato fries that could have used some salt. I would go back and try Jaspers again but it wouldn't be a destination.

Had a wonderful experience at my first time eating at Lucy's Taco Shop! I ate in their spotless…read moredining area (the restroom was immaculate too). They have a huge menu on display. There are 27 combo plates that include rice and refried beans. Most are bargain priced at $14.25 (only three were $17 for shrimp). I had a burrito bowl with carnitas. It was very tasty with a large portion of pork, pico de gallo, rice, refried beans, guacamole and sour cream topped with shredded lettuce and cheese. It was a lot to eat for $13. Portions are substantial and most patrons left with a box to take the remainder of their meals home. They have long hours from 7 am to 11 pm seven days a week. I noticed that they have an extensive breakfast menu too. Delivery of the food was very fast both for the dining in and drive-thru customers. One thing to note about their location. They're in the former Jack in the Box building on the corner of Cheryl Lane and Highway 99 across from the vacant Ray's Food Place in Phoenix. If you're driving from the south on Highway 99 you cannot cross the median to drive into the restaurant. You need to turn left at the light into the Ray's parking lot (or drive straight at the light into Ray's if coming from I-5), turn right and cross Cheryl Lane to get into their parking area or turn into the drive-thru for Lucy's Taco Shop. Leaving is back through the parking area to Cheryl Lane. Phoenix has a confusing interchange to get onto I-5. When you're leaving. drive past the Chevron station to turn left by the former Rite Aid to head towards the freeway entrances. Join Highway 99 in either direction from the light coming out of Ray's parking lot. It's worth the driving logistics the first time to get to Lucy's Taco Shop to support this family owned business. I know it won't be the last time I eat there!

The food is decent. But my complaint isn't with the food it's how the managers treat the employees. I know somebody that is the night shift manager that is pregnant that gets treated worse then dog poop somebody stepped in and wiped off on the curb. They had an employee working for her that was a women abuser would tell them to shut the eff up and get in her face and threaten to punch her. He has 5 write ups for the same stuff in a month they just barely let him go. And as a pregnant women the G.M and the manager that creates the schedule. Schedules her for 10 to 11 hr shifts with all noobs that have never closed before. Del taco is failing in the management department. I think that del taco needs to get a fresh start on managment. And another thing why would you make a person the G.M of your store when the man has failed his own businesses. That's just my opinion. And if you are reading this G.M and who else is talking shit about her while she is in the hospital trying to stay hydrated. You are a real cool person!!!!!!! read more
