A lot of the dishes were covered in heavy sauces, which kind of took away from the freshness and simplicity that I personally love in Mexican cuisine. If you're looking for a casual spot with good drinks, it still does the job.

Well, Super Mercado Las Americas in Columbus, Georgia is a great example that that particular trend of good tacos in not so good neighborhood. I found the tacos better than the pupusa in the full entrees look pretty good, as well. Service is friendly, but I would not say that it is very professional. It appears to be more that they brought in family and friends to run food out to you. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but it bears mentioning. All in all, this was a great stop for lunch.
