I've had nothing but a great experience with this dentist office. They are very responsive via phone and text. All staff are friendly and I can usually always schedule within a reasonable time. I've always been nervous going to dentist in the past because of previous experiences. The dentist/doctor - Dr. Guillermo Camacho is very careful/thorough and passionate about his work. I came to Del Sol about a year or so ago, and it was the best decision we have made as a family. The staff is incredible and Dr. Camacho is really great! The office staff and assistants are so hospitable and made us feel at home immediately. Dr. Camacho helped restore my smile. I had an underbite and a gap that made me very self conscious and affected the strength and structure of my teeth. He didn't push any treatment and supported any treatment I asked for with good advice! Today was the day I got my permanent bridge after about 5 months of treatment. Not sure how this business has so many 5 star reviews. I have been here a few times and I plan on this being the last time that I come here. Myself and another patient signed in not even hello. Sitting here awkwardly waiting for my appointment. They give you different prices for paying cash rather than credit. Avoiding taxes? Last appointment they had a maintenance technician servicing their equipment and it seemed that he was instructed to skimp on repairs. Not a very welcoming environment. read more

this place is horrible!!!!!! the orthodontist and general doctor here are seriously inconsiderate and incompetent!!!!!!! i've had a bad experience here with braces. my concerns were ignored by everyone. the orthodontist and general doctor do a horrible job at meeting with your needs. instead they gaslighted me every time i visited. they didn't make me feel comfortable or do anything helpful for my teeth. they slapped these braces on and messed up my natural bite. they got super annoyed when i brought up what was bugging me, every time! through out my 2 year contract with them i did not feel they had intentions to give me a healthy straight smile. it felt rushed, making it seem like they are just out for the money. the orthodontist messed up my teeth and caused me discomfort, so the general manager "took over" but that didn't work out either because he somehow did NOT comprehend some of the issues i noticed within treatment, he then also brushed off my concerns and said "i'm over analyzing it" which is so sad because i did pay 5k for a smile i wished for. it's like they forgot i PAYED for this.... again, they are so inconsiderate here and their communication skills are LOW especially when you complain about what's bugging you... MONEY HUNGRY DENTIST... BEWARE!! i wish i did research on this place because now i have to start over somewhere else so they can fix what this dentist didn't do this may sound dramatic but i swear it was a horrible experience and i felt neglected the whole time. i'm leaving this review here because people need to be aware of what they might walk into if they choose to get braces here or any type of work maybe. i regret my decision on picking this place, i did not deserve the treatment i received here. think twice before choosing this place read more

My braces came off after 7 years and I was left with damaged teeth . Front desk is rude, AS ALWAYS and the Orthodontics is extremely bad and careless. Went here for the first time last week based off of the reviews. I actually scheduled the appointment on the day I was waiting to see my previous dentist to start dental work I needed. However, her receptionist gave me attitude, that day being the second time. With so many options I do not feel anyone should settle for less. I walked out of my appointment and am very happy I did. The other problem was getting appointments in a timely manner. I was scheduled within 2 days of calling Del Sol. I had 3 needed treatments that day out of many. I was so happy I did not need to schedule separate appointments for each treatment as they usually do with other dentists. I was there 4 hours. However, I much rather spend all day at the dentist and a accomplish more work done. The next appointment is in 2 weeks for more treatments. Not just one, but several, and that's just how I like it. I'm happy the appointments are not too far out and I can have all needed treatment's out of the way before the year ends. Because if it were with another dentist it would probably take a year since they schedule an appointment for each little treatment and then space appointments so far out. I was also very impressed and happy with ALL the staff. The girls and the dentist, Dr Guillermo Camacho are very friendly and explain everything so well. They answered all my questions and the dentist is very well informed. I must add, I was also impressed with their state of the art equipment. They used a "scanner" to scan my teeth for my crown's. Been having difficulty finding a new dentist since we switched to an HMO. I was really hoping this would be the place after reading all the fabulous reviews, but I have to say, this was not the case. Girls up front are fabulous, booking the appointment was easy and they got my daughter in within a week. When we came in the girl up front was super nice had me fill out paperwork and we were called back before I even finished. The hygienist talked to my daughter the entire time and was super sweet to her, even when she was being a little wiggle worm. She did x-rays, a cleaning, and fluoride treatment. Now for the bad. The dentist came over and introduced himself to my daughter, never once looked at me, couldn't even tell you his name because I didn't hear him. He looked in her mouth for maybe 10 seconds and told her that her teeth were pretty and she does a good job brushing. He then wheeled away in the chair to the patient behind us and started drilling. He never asked if I had any questions or looked at her x-rays and I never even had a chance to ask him anything. I know she's a young kid, but I am still concerned about her dental care even if her teeth "appear" clean. The way I am treated, even when the care is not for me, is important to me and this dentist just didn't do it for me. It's unfortunate because the rest of the staff seem super nice. Also this might not be the place for you if you prefer privacy because there is none. Chairs are all completely in the open, which also makes me uncomfortable. read more

I rarely write reviews but I felt the need with the experience my daughter and I had at Del Sol Dental. It was our first visit and my daughter went in for a check up with a loose tooth.They suggested she wiggle her tooth at home until it comes off, but after my daughter requested they remove it, they couldn't say no. The dentist swiftly yanked it with his hands in a rapid manner. My daughter could not believe it! She didn't feel a thing, which caused her to laugh hysterically causing a ripple effect around the office. This was her first tooth removal and it was the best experience we could have encountered. Everyone was very nice and personable. When we left, I asked her if she wanted to go back to her regular dentist, My Kid's Dentist, and she said she wanted to stick to Del Sol. A 5 year old choosing an adult dental office over a dental office that is geared towards kids led me to confirm how much she loved it. read more
