TERRIBLE LASH LIFT BY MONICA 7/5/21
    Bethany H.

DO NOT GO TO WASHINGTON DEKA LASH! DO NOT GO TO MONICA FOR A LASH LIFT! OVERPROCESSED, TOO SMALL OF A ROD, & STINGING PAIN! My sister and I went to get our lashes lifted and tinted. Within an hour of leaving, our lashes started to look bad. They were VERY close to our eyelids and started to crimp. I called the call center and were told to take a q-tip and pull them off of our eyelashes - this did not work. Our eyelids were not sticky like they were suggesting. Once home, we took pictures and emailed the call center so Monica could see them. She reached out to us and told us to take hot water and brush the lashes down. This goes against the ONLY aftercare instructions for the first 24 hours. Our lashes looked HORRIBLE. And during the process, Monica left our lashes on to process for 12 minutes. I went to two lash places after this and both of them said that they NEVER process people that long. During the process, I told Monica that my eyes were hurting and she would keep saying, "that's not so bad, right?"... it was. My eyes were beet red when I was able to open them. The two lash places ALSO said it should never have stung like that. Monica did reach out and offered to fix them after a week... but why would I want the same person who caused this to happen to do it again? In our text exchange, I suggested that they looked overprocessed and that the rod was too small... Her response was "they didn't look overprocessed but who knows...chemicals are tricky". I also said that I didn't want to go through the stinging pain again and she said she would PAY ATTENTION MORE! Implying that she wasn't the first time. What?!?! On top of all of this, I called the call center numerous times trying to fight for a refund and all the owner would do is give a service credit... why in the world would I want to go back to the place that destroyed my lashes. I understand there is a no refund policy, but we are not trying to scam the system. One look at the pictures and you can tell this isn't a scam. We do not want a service credit that will never get used... it's completely pointless to even offer that as a solution. If you've read this far, thank you. Deka Lash at Washington doesn't seem to care about us so this is a last resort.

    Ask the Community - Deka+ - Washington

What is the price for a full set of lash extensions?

$79.99 for your first visit, then price varies after. If you join their clubs ( I think it's around $60 and up..) it's going to cost you less if you plan on keeping up with the extensions.
