I had substantial damage to my car (over $12,000), and when I drove in they called the car rental company for me, drove me there, got them to expedite my rental, sent me emails with status every few days. The dealt with my insurance adjusters, including when they found some hidden damage....which they fixed before even getting final approval from the insurance company. When I picked up the car, there was not a single thing that needed to be corrected that they hadn't taken care of. They drove me so I could drop off the rental car.

We took off a star because the end cost was more than double the initial estimate. We were initially quoted $700 for the work based on the pictures I sent, and after a phone call when I explained the issues, he said give or take $200 more, but in the end, we had to pay $1,500 (plus a $100 tip). Dino explained that this was because there was some work needed that wasn't visible in the photos I sent. It might still be a good price overall compared to what I'll pay at the body shop, but for other potential buyers, just make sure you send all the photos of the things that need repairing so that you don't get surprised by the end cost.
