Pat was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining why they did things they way they…read moreselected and the tradeoffs between different materials and where and how they would be used. Their quote was very competitive especially with the replacement wood extra charges. Our roof was over 30 years old, and we expected to have lots of wood replaced with it's age and extra roofing layer. So while they don't know what wood needs to be replaced until the tearoff, they can only provide a cost per linear foot or sheet of plywood, which gets added onto the proposal. We didn't select America's Best Roofing, but it was a strong candidate. We ended up with a general contractor because we had other work to do besides the roof and we wanted a coordinated project manager to handle the other upgrades as well as the re-roof. The general contractor could also complete the roofing this month instead of a few week out with a potential rainy season coming.

Afterwards, Luis promptly sent the estimate document via text message and provided samples. Once we accepted and chose our roofing material, LCG started work when they said they would. Working to their estimate, LCG removed our old roof, replaced damaged plywood, and installed new roofing and skylights. They were careful and professional throughout. In particular, their clean-up each day was exceptional: it was by far the best of the 3 different roofing jobs I've been involved with in the past few years. Inspection reports and invoices were also conveniently sent by text. Luis kept us informed throughout via text and responded quickly to queries. There were no surprises in the final bill. I can definitely recommend LCG. PS, an added bonus: Luis sent us a nice aerial photo of our new roof!

Replacing a roof is one of the most important--and honestly, most daunting--projects a homeowner…read morecan face. After extensive research and interviewing more than five roofing companies, we ultimately chose Enriquez Roofing, largely because of the great first impression Tony made. Tony was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining the entire process. I'm very detail-oriented, and I appreciated that he took the time to address all of my questions and concerns promptly throughout the project. He clearly laid out the available options and was consistently a strong communicator. He also stayed on top of planning, scheduling, obtaining permits, and scheduling inspections. Since our project took place in the spring, the weather was unpredictable. Tony was flexible and able to quickly adjust the schedule when unexpected rain came up, which we really appreciated. Once work began, his crew showed up on time every day, worked efficiently, and kept the job site clean. The entire project was completed in under five days, and the workmanship was solid. After completion, I noticed a small area that needed adjustment. Tony responded promptly and sent someone out to take care of it without any issues. Overall, I would definitely recommend Enriquez Roofing if you're looking for a reliable, professional contractor to replace your roof.

If someone can't take the time to provide a professional quote are they really putting in the effort to estimate correctly? Tony did a great job on this. Tony's brother Steve and his father Jamie, were hands on ensuring the fine details of the roofing job were taken care of. In roofing it's the small details overlooked that can result in problems. Their crew was amazing showing the care and dedication to make the job get done right. Everyone was hard working, friendly and I have so much respect for the care they put into their work.

Tino was super polite, communicated everything clearly, took his time inspecting the roof, and was incredibly honest. So much so that he told me everything he was suggesting was a "could" and not a "must." He explained that the moisture issue we're seeing on the main floor of our house is common in many of the houses in South Bay that have a similar build style (tall and skinny, flat roof); no attic space plus heat humidity overload, and the house will literally start to sweat on the inside. In our case, he said addressing indoor temperature and humidity issues with an HVAC company should take care of the problem. Any home construction/repair company that openly shares all information with a potential customer--especially when it prevents an immediate sale on the work--automatically earns my trust. The willingness to put a homeowner's best interests above their own shows that they're invested in maintaining their good reputation. Now when the time comes and I do need roofing services, GA Roofing is who I'll be calling.

While other companies only installed fascias with a single coat of primer, this company went the extra mile by applying a primer followed by two coats of paint, which we really liked. They finished the project right before the rain started, which was fantastic. They also handled all the permit applications and managed the inspections seamlessly. Since it's a cool roof, our house is noticeably cooler than before, and they also installed several attic vents.

Serafin came out to the property, and I was genuinely impressed by how thorough and detailed he was. He walked us through his observations on-site and provided a very clear, professional explanation of what needed attention. The estimate arrived the next day--quick, organized, and easy to understand. I initially contacted J&S because they handle both roofing and gutter installation, and their reviews were consistently positive. After meeting Serafin, I felt confident that I made the right choice. I also loved hearing that this is a family business--started by his father and now run by three brothers, which really speaks to their pride and integrity in their work. Serafin even showed us another house nearby where they had recently completed a roof project, and the work looked excellent--clean, solid, and professional. It was reassuring to see the quality of their craftsmanship right in the neighborhood. Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, with so many big financial decisions to make in a short period of time. Serafin's professionalism, clarity, and patience made the process so much easier, and his inspection and estimate truly helped us make informed decisions during escrow.
