The waiting area is very clean. Erica was my stylist. She gave me advice as to what to color, what color to try, etc. She was so friendly, nice, and clearly very skilled...I was in and out in probably an hour and a half. While I waited for my hair to color, they offered me a glass of wine. I am so happy with the results! Partial highlights cost me $60 (it's normally $80 but I had a Yelp coupon). I let them know I was there and she came right over to introduce herself and apologize because she was running behind. She offered me water, snacks and coffee and told me she'd be with me as soon as she could. When I went to her chair, she asked me about my hair, what I wanted, etc. I told her I'd already had one devacut and explained what I didn't like about it. She said she kind of does her own thing mixed with deva and she's been doing deva for about a year and a half. She jumped right in and immediately I could see the changes she was making to the shape happening. I was so happy. Carmela is a very sweet woman and I'm so glad I took the chance! I'll definitely be back to see her again! I will say though, that she sold me a pureology product that has silicones in it. I was truly disheartened to find that after she'd used it and I'd spent more than $20 on it. But I should have looked at ingredients before she used it and I purchased it.
