I have been training with Marcos for 6 years now. I like how he incorporates a variety of workouts and steers from keeping the one on one sessions from being boring. I have tried going to other trainers near my area, but I do not manage to get the same results as I see with Marcos. He knows what works for me and how to get me summer, work, and now wedding ready! Both of my kids have also trained mixed martial arts/boxing with Marcos and Whiskey since the ages of 4 and 7. Now, 16 and 13, they continue to train with private lessons when we can fit it into their "busy teenage" schedule. Not only do they learn defensive skills, but Whiskey also helps as a mentor for them. I appreciate all they do! I must also add that my Fiancé joins in on the workouts so this is for sure a family affair!
