Professor Alberto Crane
Ben-David A.

This place is great! I've been training here for a little over a year and I can't speak more highly of it. Fantastic community, great teachers, very clean, and tons of amenities for different types of workouts! I've grown stronger, more diligent, more confident, and learned an amazing martial art! I recommend anyone who's interested to come in and try a free trial class like I did!

Friendly people, amazing professors and coaches. Clean facilities, encouraging atmosphere. This place is like family, everybody watches out for one another. They have Nogi, GI and Bang Muay Thai. They offer free classes to try out and see which one you prefer. Highly recommend this place and Professor Crane is almost around all the time so you can talk and ask him for advice

Ok these guys are amazing for kids . They really teach them how to be comfortable in combat situations. I love how each teacher puts in so much effort to keep these little kids Comfortable/excited and enthusiastic to go to classes. P.s. Erika is an amazing coach.

My baby trying this for the first time

This place is great to help boost self-esteem. Great for kids! My daughter enjoys it very much.

Legacy provides seminars for their students. Learning from the best.

Legacy has been a great foundation of my physical and mental health growth. Confidence gained from martial arts had been outstanding.

She was nervous at first, but to our surprise, she absolutely loved her initial sessions. Master Nagayama and his team of black belt instructors strike a perfect balance between being firm and constructive, making the classes both engaging and encouraging. My daughter never felt intimidated, which was a huge relief as a parent. The facility itself is spacious, with plenty of seating for parents to comfortably watch their kids. The overall ambiance is welcoming and supportive, creating a great environment for young learners. Highly recommend if you're considering martial arts for your child! Worthy accomplishments are often earned through hard work and practice.

From the moment my wife, son and I walked in, Donna was welcoming and positive. Master Winkle, Master Kati and the entire team are incredibly dedicated, focusing not just on physical techniques but also on character development, like discipline and confidence. They offer a huge range of classes for all ages, including my 13 yr old who is loving the core martial arts program. It is truly a supportive community, not just a martial arts studio. If you're looking for practical self-defense and a place to truly grow, this is it! We've been with them for almost 7 years now. We couldn't thank Master Winkle Master Kati, Chief Donna and Chief KJ and the entire staff for making one of the greatest differences in our lives!

My 13 year old daughter is testing for her Black Belt, which is an extraordinary accomplishment for her especially given that after only a four months at Inspire she was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, an autoimmune disease that requires near constant monitoring. The team at Inspire is incredibly open to making accommodations for her, educating themselves about T1D, and always encouraging her to prioritize her health and to trust her body. My daughter has learned how to advocate for herself, communicate her needs, and most importantly she feels incredibly SAFE with her instructors and fellow students. We have watched her push through struggles with perfectionism and anxiety, embrace leadership roles, and gain confidence. The lessons my daughter has learned have carried through into all others of her life. I highly recommend Inspire, especially if you have a child that needs a bit more attention.

Within a few minutes of the class starting, my immediate thought was "Yes! *This* is what I want to do!" This is coming from a guy who was never really into martial arts or staying in shape. Aikido Daiwa changed that. This spring will be my fourth year training at the dojo. Every time I walk in, I'm thankful for another opportunity to train. Without fail, I feel GREAT after every class. Daiwa's community of students and instructors are incredibly welcoming and supportive of new students. It's truly a privilege to train there.

Aikido is a traditional Japanese martial art that focuses on conflict resolution and blending with your opponents. Don't get the wrong idea; it's not easy and it isn't slow. It is very active and always challenging. You will definitely get a workout. But that is what is great about Aikido: It is for everyone. We have children, young adults, and students that are a little older at our school. You get what you want to get out of it. We have a very active, highly-engaged community of students that are there to help each other and welcome people that are interested in the school. Our instructors teach Aikido at the highest level. Our head instructor, John Brinsley, has studied Aikido for almost 30 years, most of that time was at Aikido headquarters in Tokyo under some of the Aikido community's best instructors, including the grandson of the founder and current head of the Aikido . He brings that same traditional dedication and committment to Aikido Daiwa. Our children's program is terrific. It is taught by two of our senior instructors, and in addition to Aikido, they focus on discipline, safety, self-confidence, and, most importantly, having fun. There is always a good group of parents there to support the class and participate in discussions with the teachers afterwards. We have multiple classes every day of the week. Please come and visit us. (Wear comfortable active clothes so you can join the class!) We look forward to seeing you.

This was not an occasional issue. The volume was consistently overwhelming, and my phone regularly measured levels above 110 decibels. It often felt less like a fitness facility and more like being in the front row at a rock everyday cofor 70 mins at a time. I personally saw members covering their ears, and numerous members expressed the same concern. Even high-end noise-canceling headphones did not make the environment tolerable. Despite repeated requests and emails asking management to lower the music to a reasonable level, my concerns were ignored. A fitness facility has a responsibility to provide a safe, professional, and comfortable environment for its members. When management receives repeated complaints about excessive noise and chooses not to act, it reflects a serious lack of concern for member well-being. I do want to recognize one Saturday staff member who was consistently professional, respectful, and helpful. Unfortunately, that level of service was the exception, not the standard. Ultimately, I took my business elsewhere. My new gym provides a much more professional atmosphere where members can exercise without being subjected to unnecessarily excessive noise. Management at this location would be wise to take member feedback seriously before more customers decide to leave. As a business owner to another I would rid of people who don't value my company now look at my legs press
