Nobody ever mentioned that the gym would automatically shift to a month-to-month charge after that period ended. My daughter only actually attended for about two months, yet they have continued to pull money from my account well past the six-month mark. ​When I caught the charges and asked for a refund, they flat-out refused. The best they offered was a 3-month credit. Because my daughter can no longer attend due to her school and work schedule, I asked if the credit could at least be transferred to me so the money wouldn't go to waste. The representative said she "didn't think it was possible" but claimed she would look into it. ​To make matters worse, their cancellation process is incredibly sketchy: ​I canceled online but never received a confirmation email. ​I called and spoke to a representative who promised to email me a cancellation confirmation, a copy of my original contract, and the 3-month credit offer in writing. ​They never sent anything. ​They are more than happy to keep taking your money without authorization, but completely ghost you when you ask for paperwork or a resolution. It makes a huge difference when the head coach (Tiko) is kinesiology educated and brings real science to everyday training. Coach George and Tiko drive positive gym culture by leading by example.
