Maybe the worst communication patterns I have ever experienced with a store. I have a few Marvin…read morewindows at home that need parts and repair. My contractor bought them from BBS several years ago. After an initial diagnostic visit two months ago (for which I was charged $250), it has been radio silence ever since. The person responsible at BBS NEVER returns my messages or replies to my emails. Others at the store have told me my parts are on order and the guy responsible will update me, but he never does. It's a terrible customer experience; really terrible. As of now I am out $250, still need repairs, and am getting absolutely no proactive communication from BBS. If I could have gone elsewhere for service, I would have.

We were helped by the owner and he was extremely friendly, knowledgable and gave us a great deal. He spent plenty of time with us explaining exactly what we needed, what would work best and be the most cost effective. I was a little intimidated walking in at first because some of these places mostly cater to contractors who know exactly what they want and don't have time to work with the general public on small jobs, but if that's who you are and what you're looking for, I would highly recommend this place! We will definitely be going back for our future masonry projects.

I requested an estimate on a new driveway and berm. A young man with an accent showed up and gave…read moreme a price that I agreed to pay. They proceeded to come out to do the work. I kept asking about the quality of the material and was told the material is great. Driveway and berm were installed a year ago. Now I am having all kinds of problems with the work. The driveway is wavy and is not consistent throughout. Edges are jagged and pieces are missing There was a small crack at the end of the driveway. The asphalt near the road is all gray and pieces of asphalt gone. The berm is pitted and has cracks in it. I had a problem where a truck caused damage to the berm, I called and asked for help and no one called me. Now I have texted them pictures and my concerns about just how long this driveway will last. I have only put a dent in the loan I took out to pay for all of this. I am now getting stonewalled again, there was no guarantee of the work. Honestly, because I am a senior citizen woman I feel I was taken advantage of.
